Cottage-Waters is a countryside touring park for adults only, just ten minutes from the coast. Being just a couple of minutes from the A52, the site is also well-located for exploring the rest of Lincolnshire. There are large grassy pitches for caravans and motorhomes, each with a 16 amp metered electric hook point payable onsite. There is plenty of wildlife and peace and quiet on offer, with dogs more than welcome too.

It is our second trip out with our motor home ,we cannot fault cottage waters it is well looked after and the owners are very helpful and pleasant.I feel this will take some beating we will come back and we will recommend a big thankyou

Lovely quiet and peaceful adult only site run by a lovely couple who were very friendly and helpful with advice about the area, where to visit etc. I also had a text from Michelle previous to going asking if I knew the area and did I need directions. There are no showers or toilets so you need to be self sufficient, there is a water tap, bins and somewhere to empty your toilet. Site is spotless and grass mown. Also a nice fishing lake to walk around, and a separate dog field to let dogs off lead. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Electric hook up is metered which I think personally is the way forward.

This was a lovely place and so were the owners. Would definitely stay again. There is a large, natural pond which makes a lovely focus for a stroll and it is very peaceful 😊

What a hidden gem! Site on a quiet lane so no road noise. We had a nice welcome from Michelle and Jon who took us to our spacious plot. The view over the lake was lovely, as were the visits from the family of moorhens. Michelle provided us with various leaflets for places to visit, walks and cycle routes. This is a great site, great hosts in a beautiful area of Lincolnshire.

Looked for a small, field-based site near but not on the coast - and this fitted the bill perfectly. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the site is beautifully maintained. The sun sets through the trees over a large pond - very, very relaxing. Would thoroughly recommend, and most likely will return.

This site is among the best we have visited. If you are looking for clean, quiet, and well run site, this is the one for you. The site comprises three separate areas one for pitches, one for dog walks, and a third for a well stocked carp fishing lake. All three areas are kept well mown. The area is great for dog walks, Sandilands was our dogs favourite. We were made very welcome by the owners, Michell and Jonathon, and are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Our first time in a camper van ever. We chose Cottage Waters as our first attempt at a couple of days away, and we're so glad that we did. The site is absolutely brilliant for some time away from 'normality' and perfect for a very chilled time relaxing. The pitches are great, metered electric hook ups so you only pay for what you use, and competitively priced as well. Lovely helpful people and beautiful surroundings, we really enjoyed our stay. Can't recommend it enough, and we'll be back for another visit or two.

This is a beautiful and extremely well run site, Michelle and Jonathan are very friendly and even offered to drive us to the pub! There is a lovely little lake in the middle and the whole site is idyllic. Michelle has lots of information on things to do and see in the area. We even got some freshly laid eggs for our onward journey. There are no toilets or showers but we were self contained and used our own facilities. I would highly recommend this site and we will definitely return.

Many and John could not be more helpful, from the information they provide to the beautifully kept site, we cannot wait to go back, for longer. We had a problem with our caravan on leaving for our next site and I said if it can't get fixed, I'm going back indefinitely. I loved that we even got an anniversary card as well, These little touches make this site one of our sweet pitches, as we call it. See you soon.

Located near Alford on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Friendly welcome by the owners. Beautifully maintained grounds with ehu, drinking water and waste facility. This is an ideal site it you want to get away for some peace and quiet. We will definitely be returning.
