Forge Manor Farm is an adult only site, settled in the quiet hamlet of Cambrose which is only a five minute drive from Portreath Beach and the North Cornwall Coast. Offering just five electric grass pitches for self contained tourers, the site provides a relaxing base for exploring, with 20 acres of onsite farmland to enjoy. Only five minutes from the A30, there are great connections for discovering nearby towns and attractions too!

My husband, dogs and I had a lovely relaxing stay at this little campsite, very big pitch and very quiet day and night. Nice fields in which to run the dogs off the lead and basic facilities which is fine if like us your caravan is self sufficient. Short drive into Portreath where there are places to eat and drink and a gorgeous beach. Martin (the owner) is very friendly, informative and even offered to lend us a hose which we had forgotten to bring.

It was great to be in a very tranquil location. Electric and water supplied. No showers or toilets but we have our own, so it was fantastic. We had clear night skies and were able to see lots of meteors and shooting stars. It was great value for money and very close to Redruth and Porthtowan. The site was perfect for a quiet weekend away. Perfect!

This a quiet CL in a field, not far from the coast near Portreath. The owner is friendly and helpful. We found the lane leading to it rather bumpy but it was well signed and easy to find. Having water on the pitch is a plus and there was plenty of room between pitches. We had a lovely time with pleasant walks by the coast and the new 'Saints' trail for cyclists and walkers starting at Goonhavern was good.

A very peaceful, secluded site surrounded by trees. Ideal for visiting Cornwall as it is quite central for driving up to Newquay or further down to St Ives or the South Coast. Martin was very personable and made sure we were happily settled. The site for each caravan is huge and on pitch 3 we were in a corner so we were able to make a garden for the dogs which worked really well and was lovely to sit in in the sun after a long day out. Would book again.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the site for you, plenty of room, EHU and water at each pitch, you use your own facilities. The last few 100 feet is up a bridle track but it's well stoned and no problem getting to the site. There are 2 beaches locally, each 8 mins drive from the site. Good site for dogs as there are plenty of walks. And at £22 a night, a lot cheaper than other sites in the area

Contacted before we arrived to warn of potential boggy land - had fenced suitable area off for us and came to check all ok when we arrived.

Very nice, peaceful site, ideal for dog owners as it has fields directly from the site to walk around. Site is nicely located to explore this part of Cornwall, the owner was very friendly, and after initial meeting you was left alone. The exclusive use of a water tap on each pitch was very welcomed. Would recommend this site to anyone who's looking for peace and quiet and also to be central to this part of Cornwall.

Nice big pitches, really wonderful location - very peaceful. Martin, the owner, was very helpful and was knowledgeable on places to walk locally, especially with the dog, pub and food recommendations. Situated right on the coast to coast cycle way and within walking distance to Portreath beach. Already booked for next year :-)

We have been staying here for several years now and Martin always makes us feel so welcome. The field is a good size and there is plenty of room for five caravans affording privacy for all. Everything you need is here...water, electric and somewhere to empty the loo! And the site and facilities are maintained to a very high standard. The location is very quiet and out of the way, but within striking distance of all the best places in Cornwall, as well as local beaches and good pubs and restaurants. One of our favourite places to stay!
