Escape to the beautiful Teme Valley countryside at this camping and glamping site, By The Red Phone Box is the perfect choice for those looking to unwind in the countryside. There are five grass pitches for campers and tourers, as well as a bell tent and a shepherd's hut for those wanting to avoid bringing their own accommodation. Peaceful, spacious and very clean. Shepherd's hut with hot shower and compost loo was fantastic. Lots of thought and care has been put into this basic set up. As we only live about 45 minutes away, we will be coming back to this site quite often.

We've just had a really nice stay in the Shepherds Hut. It's in a beautiful location and you have your own pretty private garden, as well as a kitchen and toilet/shower hut. The picnic table on the decking was great for us to eat round too. Everything has been thought of and it's very clean and well equipped. We will be back!

The site is in the middle of farm lands with meadows and woods, so you hear a lot of different animals and feel connected with nature, which is exactly what we were looking for. The site is small and flexible in what you can set up. The composting toilet works really well, I'm just not entirely sure one toilet is enough for 5 pitches. The honesty shop was a lovely idea. We didn't need it in the end, but it was great to know that here were extra supplies to be had. All in all a wonderful place to spend 2 nights.

This is a clean, quiet camping site, the toilet and bathroom are clean and tidy. Our car unfortunately stalled after arrival. Ian (the site owner) was so helpful to help us to charge our car battery, he even came back on the next day to follow up our situation. We're so glad to have spent our weekend there :)

We would definitely recommend this site if you want to be well away from it all. We live in the South East where there is continual noise but at By the Red Phone Box it is tranquil. Nice! The little shower/toilet/basin unit was clean and was just what was needed. Not too much, not too little. When you go to a site like this one, you want to get away from modern paraphernalia and By the Red Phone Box just hit the nail on the head. Our dog loved it too and sends her best woofs to all who stay there.

The site was very good. We did get lost, however, if you look on google maps, there is a location and it's directly on it. The location was just what we needed to escape, we went to a local pub for lunch, the Peacock Inn, and watched the stars at night. It was wonderful will definitely look to come back soon!

Beautiful campsite, really chilled in a beautiful location, toilets & shower really clean. The only downside there was not hot water, but it was not really a problem to us as we were only staying two nights & we have our own on our camper.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am really really sorry there was not hot water. I had been away on our first camping trip of the year with our children so someone else had cleaned the facilities daily for me. I was only aware there was no hot water when I went to clean the bathroom. The boiler pilot light had gone out so I relit it, and the hot water was available again. We would really appreciate it if our guests let us know when there is a problem so we can rectify it as quickly as we can. I'm getting everyone well versed in boiler lighting, it shouldn't go out as there is a change over valve fitted between the 2 gas bottles, but occasionally it does. Hope you stay with us again. Ian & Emma

This was an adorable little campsite in a beautiful location, it has a beautiful view and is really peaceful. The shepherd's hut with the amenities was so clean and nicely put together, even with a little lending library. The fire pits and wood provided are a great touch. The service from the owner was very personal and responsive. I will look forward to staying again!

A brilliant little campsite, plenty of space, an amazing view of the night sky, a must stay if your passing through. Delicious, locally made apple juice was available and fresh eggs available just around the corner by the phone box library. Walks a plenty through the parish. A hot shower, washing up facilities and a composting toilet is all you need. The only disturbance is the dawn chorus of the birds, a very peaceful campsite. I shall definitely be returning!

Lovely off grid campsite. So peaceful and quiet. We stayed Friday to Sunday. Cycled into Tenbury Wells on the Saturday which was fun downhill and a challenge up hill 🤣 Met Emma, the owner, who was really friendly and she answered any questions we had about our mini break before we arrived. Will definitely be back to this beautiful area soon.

I'm a little reluctant to give a review as I'd like to keep this place a secret- we loved it! If you're looking for peace, quiet, beauty, and friendly faces whilst taking nice walks in country lanes and along footpaths through orchards and fields, this is the site for you - even my 14 month old puppy was calm (well mainly 😂). We didn't want to leave, and we'll be booking again next year.
