Conditions of Hire and Bookings Tents & Tourers

Touring caravan and tent bookings commence 3pm on any day until 12 noon on the day of departure. They can be made for

any period of time, but we would ask you to try to keep to the arrival and departure times.

PITCH SERVICES

All pitches are inclusive of electric hook-up, T.V aerial and water. Our grass pitches for Tents and Tourers

are also inclusive of electric hook-up, water and most with TV ariel.

BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS

Provisional telephone bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of one night's fee. The balance may be paid upon arrival. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific pitches.

DOGS

We ask all our guests to show consideration for others by keeping dogs under control and on a lead at ALL TIMES when out and about on the park. ALWAYS clean up after them should they foul on the park. A large dog walk is available. As responsible dog owners please ensure your pet has the necessary inoculations before bringing onto the park

INSURANCE

You may wish to insure your holiday which entitles you to a refund of monies paid, except the insurance premium, in the case of

cancellation. The premium is £40, payable with your booking deposit.

Coverage: Insurance covers actual illness, death or accidental injury to the hirer or any member of the party included in the reservation

and named on the booking form. Cover is also extended to jury service or as witness in a court of law.

Conditions i) Notification of a claim must be made before 12 noon on the date of arrival

ii) A doctors medical certificate or other evidence will be required to show cancellation was unavoidable

iii) Only members of the party named on the booking form are covered

iv) Insurance is operable from time of booking and ceases on occupation of pitch.

CANCELLATION

In the event of holiday cancellation, refunds will only be given to insurance-covered customers.

LIABILITY

Customers and their vehicles, tents or tourers, including their accessories and contents, are admitted onto the park at their own

risk and proprietors will not be responsible for personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to any person coming onto their land,

or for loss, damage, costs and expenses however caused and whether by negligence of the proprietors or otherwise.

AND FINALLY……………….

1) There are charges for entertainment and for the use of the leisure facilities - SWIMMING IS FREE!

2) You must ensure that children in your party are properly supervised at all times. Children under 12 years of age are

not allowed in the swimming pool without an accompanying adult in the water.

3) We reserve the right to ask you to leave the park if the behaviour of any member of the party is unacceptable to us.

4) We expect you to comply with the terms of our caravan site licence which is on display at the park and to follow the

usual customs of good camping and caravanning.

5) We seek to provide the best in family holidays, and so we are, therefore, unable to accept bookings from single sex

parties.

6) As we are in a continuous process of development, we reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions, facilities

and programme without notice.

7) Prices include VAT at 20% and are subject to change if the VAT rate changes.
