Poachers Patch is a peaceful, level, four and a half acre site in the charming village of Brant Broughton, close to both Newark-on-Trent and Lincoln.
About Poachers Patch
Poachers Patch is set in a quiet backwater, close to all the attractions of Newark and Lincoln, including both showgrounds. The 4.5 acre site is divided into two paddocks, 3 acres for camping and non-club members, and a 1.5 acre members-only Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site. Best suited to adults and older children, it's a small site with simple facilities and ten electric hook-ups are available for campers and tourers. Pitches are level and spaced well apart, with hardstanding available on request. The site is dog friendly and your best friend can enjoy a dip in the river if they love swimming!

A 3 acre field with additional pitches for non-members, camping, rallies, etc.

Site rules and policies
The rules of the Camping and Caravanning Club apply to the CS part of the site.
We are flexible about arrival and departure times.
While we welcome dogs, they must be well-behaved and you must clean up after them!
Things to do on site and in the Brant Broughton area
This part of Lincolnshire has much to offer a range of visitors, young or older.
- The charming market town of Newark is only 10 minutes away by road, as is the showground with its year-round range of activities.
- Lincoln, with its cathedral and castle are nearby
- A number of RAF bases are close - you can visit the Battle of Britain museum or watch the Red Arrows flying from their base
There are a wealth of other attractions in the area, from stately homes and gardens, wildlife parks, to kart racing and watersports.
