About Charoland Farm
Enjoy a break from it all at this exclusively for adults, family owned, small and peaceful site priding itself on providing a personal and friendly service. Whether you're in a tent, touring caravan or motorhome, the site offers ten generously designed pitches to suit your needs and requirements, offering a choice of blocked paved hardstanding pitches with grassed area for awnings, or all grass pitches with grass reinforcing mesh discretely hidden underneath. All pitches have the benefit of 16-Amp electric hook up.
The site is open from March until October.

Max 4 people
Reinforced grass pitches for tents or caravans with optional 16-Amp electric and a reinforcing matting below the grass so that caravans and cars can pull on and off the pitch with ease during wet weather.
2 x Hardstanding Pitches
Max 4 people
Block paved pitches with grassed area for small awnings.
2 x Electric Hardstanding Premium Pitches
Max 4 people
Block paved pitches with space for car and caravan. Also suitable for motorhomes. Grassed area at the side for awnings.
Grass Tent Pitches
Max 4 people
Grass pitches with electric to suit tents.

Site rules and policies
Bookings are accepted subject to these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Bookings
Charoland Farm only accommodates adults.
Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the park either as a guest or visitor.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the stay is required with each booking, with the balance due 21 days beforehand.
Acceptance of your booking forms a contract under which you have agreed to pay the total fee due.
Bookings over bank holidays are subject to minimum booking period of 3 nights.
We are unable to refund payments should guests decide to leave before the end of the booked period.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Prices
Conditions and prices may change without prior notice.
Advance bookings, accepted by us, will be charged at the prices applicable at the time of booking.
Specific pitches cannot be guaranteed; however, we will endeavour to arrange preferences where possible.
Site Enjoyment
We would request members act in a neighbourly fashion to all. The owners reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person(s) whose conduct is detrimental to Charoland Farm or to other visitors.
The Pitch
Pitches are to be kept tidy, with the minimum of equipment stored outside, tidily placed. Strictly only one tent/tourer/ motorhome per pitch. Maximum pitch occupancy is 4 persons.
Cars must be parked within the boundaries of the pitch -one car per pitch, but in any event must not encroach on neighbouring pitches. Additional cars must be booked by prior arrangement and is subject to available space.
Guy lines for awnings and tents must not run onto the neighbouring pitches.
Group Bookings
We will accept group bookings under certain conditions (please contact us for details). Single sex groups and parties of young adults are taken only at the discretion of the owners.
Arrivals
Pitches are available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Members must report to reception before pitching and pay any site fees due, unless other arrangements have been made. Members must pitch where directed to by the site owner.
Departure
Pitches must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Vacated pitches must be left clear of all property and refuse.
Farm Safety
To ensure the safety of members and their guests - access into any area of the farm other than the caravan site is strictly prohibited.
Visitors
To keep Charoland Farm a quiet site, visitors are kept to an absolute minimum and must be agreed with the site owners in advance. No visiting dogs permitted. Charges for visitors as per tariff are the responsibility of the customer receiving visitors.
Electricity 16 amp
The electricity supply is adequate for normal use. Nuisance tripping may be caused by excess load and or faulty equipment. All hooks are metered to ensure you only pay for the electric used.
Customers Pets
Pets are allowed on site at the site owners discretion by prior arrangement. Please see our Dog Policy for further information.
Dogs must be
• Quiet and under control at all times and are not permitted inside the toilet block.
• Must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off site.
• No fouling on site may occur, if an accident happens, this must be cleaned up immediately
Please do not leave your dogs in your vehicle, caravan, awning, tent or motorhome while you are away from the site.
General
Customers are responsible for the conduct of all occupants of your pitch. Due regard to the comfort of others must be given and musical instruments, audio equipment and televisions operated in such a manner so as to ensure that no nuisance is caused.
Noise must always be kept to a reasonable level. There should be no noise or vehicle movement whatsoever between 11pm and 7am.
No Ball games, kites, use of fireworks or open fires.
Visitors or guests on site are not permitted to carry out any trade or business while on the Site.
The site owner does not accept the use of generators.
All litter must be placed inside bins provided.
Vehicles
The speed limit on the site is 5mph and this must always be strictly adhered to.
Vehicles must keep to authorised parking spaces and not be parked on the track.
No lorries, vans or other commercial vehicles are allowed to be brought onto the site. This includes towing vehicles.
Caravan tow hitches
Hitches must face the centre of the site for ease of moving in the event of an emergency
BBQ Area
Members are welcome to use the BBQ facility. Please note that all persons using the BBQ do so at their own risk, the site owner cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. We respectfully ask that the area be left clean and tidy after use.
In the event of a fire
In the event of a fire the following actions are suggested:
• Vacate the immediate area.
• Fire point is in the driveway to the farmhouse
• Call the fire and rescue service 999 and give the exact location.

Accidents and Insurance
Caravans and vehicles enter and leave the site at the caravan/vehicle owner's risk. Your caravan/vehicle, contents and all property brought onto the site remains at the sole risk of the owner.
Damage: The site owner/management shall not be liable or responsible for injury, death, loss, damage, accident or additional expense, however caused, occasioned to or incurred by any guest or other person. This includes explosion of inflammable oils, gasses or other materials stored in your caravan. Any claim for compensation that may arise is the responsibility of the caravan/vehicle owner. We advise that customers check that their insurances cover all personal and third-party risk for the period of their stay.
Damage or breakages to the site or its property must be reported to the management immediately so that corrective action can be taken. Damages/breakages will be chargeable to the customer.
Moving your caravan: In the case of an emergency the site owner has the right to re-site tourers if necessary.
All accidents or incidents on the park must be reported to the management.

There are numerous interesting villages and towns a short ride away, ensuring your stay can be as active or relaxing as you wish, making for a memorable experience.
Rural Fylde has a wide range of places to visit ranging from a multitude of bustling towns to the rural charm of the Fylde countryside and surrounding villages.
Spend the day at Blackpool, just 9 miles away, and pay a visit to the Pleasure Beach or head to Blackpool Tower.
