About Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park
Set in 32 acres, Craigtoun Meadows is an award winning, beautiful woodland park in a quiet location with many trees, shrubs and flowers providing colour all year round. There are peaceful pond areas and a woodland walk, where squirrels and deer can be spotted, alongside a wide variety of birds. Choose one of the different touring pitches, some of which can accommodate tents (up to 4-man) in quieter periods. The touring pitches are all hardstanding with a mixture of standard, large and patio pitches. The patio pitches prove very popular, including a small patio area with a storage unit for the table and chairs. If you're wanting something a little more luxurious, why not try one of the four 4-berth lodges and caravan holiday homes. There are a mixture of two and three bed options with double glazing and central heating. The site sets a very high standard, having continually invested in the park. As a result, Craigtoun Meadows has been awarded 5 stars by Visit Scotland for more than 20 years, 5 platinum pennants by the AA, and have been awarded AA Campsite of the Year several times. It has also been a Gold Award winner for many consecutive years from the David Bellamy Conservation Scheme. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, family holiday in beautiful surroundings, then Craigtoun Meadows is just the place.
Touring and hire are available from mid March until the end of October. Owners of holiday homes on the park are able to visit during an 11 month period, with February being the exception.
