Bryn Gloch Caravan and Camping Park is a family-run park at the foot of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) with glorious mountain and riverside views. The park sits on the banks of the Afon Gwyrfai, with grass and hardstanding pitches for tents and tourers, plus the option of electric or fully serviced, along with cosy shepherd's huts. There is an onsite shop, play parks and free WiFi, with the beginning on the Snowdon Ranger Path a five minute drive away!

About the site
Located at the foot of Snowdon, the site is ideal for keen hikers, with plenty of surrounding routes for those wanting a more gentle stroll. Sit back at your pitch and admire glorious views of the surrounding mountains, with the Afon Gwyrfai River running past for paddling and wildlife spotting. Tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes are welcome across the site's grass and hardstanding pitches. All of the pitches welcome up to six guests each, with the option of a 10 amp electric hook up or a fully serviced pitch with drainage and a water and 10 amp electric hook up. If glamping is more your style, the Gelert shepherd's hut sleeps up to three guests and comes equipped with a double bed and a small sofa bed, along with a TV for cosy nights in. This unit is pet friendly. The other dog friendly shepherd's hut is Owain which has two single beds and a small sofa, also with a TV. The dog free huts are Llywellyn and Gruffydd, Llywellyn sleeps up to three with two single beds and a sofa bed and the Gruffydd shepherd's hut has a small sofa, a TV and a double bed, sleeping two. Please note, that these are like camping without the tent. You will have to bring everything with you, from bedding to cooking equipment. You can also enjoy evenings under the stars, snuggling up around the fire pit, just please ensure it is raised from the ground. Raised BBQs are also permitted. If no holiday is complete without your furry friend, not to worry, up to two dogs are welcome per pitch. Please note, breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.

Really nice site and perfect location for our snowdon hike. Clean facilities, lovely spot in the tent field. Place has a small & friendly feel and better value than the bigger more well known place down the road that now charges a fortune for a tent pitch.

Amazing campsite. First time campers, so a very nice introduction. The staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful. The ablutions were very clean with nice hot showers. Location was so nice, right by a river. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bryn Gloch. As well as being stunning, the location is ideal for getting to different activities and sight-seeing. The bathroom and washing up facilities are also excellent!
