Luss Caravan and Camp Site offers a beautiful location on the banks of Loch Lomond. It's very close to Luss Conservation Village, which has its own visitor centre, and is surrounded by the incredible scenery of the national park. Whether you take a bike ride, get active with hill walking, set sail on the water or relax and enjoy the views, there's plenty to do at this family friendly site.

About Luss Caravan and Camp Site
This family friendly site sits right on the banks of the loch, where you can enjoy stunning views in this peaceful setting, as well as direct access. There is plenty of wildlife to be spotted and the charming village of Luss close by. Plus, from this base you can access the footpath and cycle route from Balloch to Tarbet, as well as water sports and hiking. Both campers and tourers are welcome here. To the northern end of the site, there is a spacious grass camping area to pitch your tent and offering views over the loch and towards Ben Lomond, some with access to electricity. For tourers, you'll find hardstanding pitches with optional electric where you can relax and take in the view, some of which are right by the loch. Dogs welcome.
Touring: 1st March to 30th January (winter opening dates from November to January may be restricted due to weather). Tents: 1st April to 31st October.

* 8pm is the latest check-in time, late arrivals must contact the warden
* No driving onsite is permitted after 9.30pm
* Quiet time is from 10pm
* Pitches are allocated at the point of booking
Things to do on site and in the Alexandria area
Luss Estates operates a selection of shops, tasty restaurants and great activities in the area - with discounts available for camping customers.
Luss was a filming location for the Take the High Road TV show and is a great place to have a wander and soak up the atmosphere. It's home to slate workers' cottages, a pretty church and so much more to explore!
You can hire a boat and glide out on the water or you might prefer to take a guided canoe trip and explore further afield. For walkers, the Luss Hills are a must do and are easily accessible nearby, plus there are several shorter walks that take you around the village, shore and surrounding countryside.
Don't miss a visit to the National Trust's Hill House in Helensburgh with its unique interiors and pioneering design.
