About Woodthorpe Leisure Park

This is a family run holiday park close to the coast and immersed in the countryside, perfect for families and their canine companions. There are 72 pitches available for tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. There is a range of grass and hardstanding pitches, all with electrical hook up and easy access to water points. If you fancy a taste of luxury, why not try one of the many glamping options on offer? From luxury lodges with hot tubs, homely holiday cottages and even a wheelchair friendly holiday caravan the possibilities are endless. Or if a romantic getaway is on the cards check out one of the exclusive couples' pods. Each equipped with a private hot tub and decking, they provide the perfect opportunity to kick back and relax away from the humdrum of everyday life. While unfortunately open fires and fire pits are not allowed, with BBQs welcome why not enjoy a spot of open air cooking. Your furry friends are more than welcome here however please keep them on a lead at all times. Please note that pup tents are only permitted on a separate paid for pitch. There is also a wide range of holiday cottages available to hire.

Site rules and policies

For the touring park, check in is from 12pm and checkout is from 11am. For the glamping options on offer check in is from 4pm and check out is from 10am.

Safe use of BBQs is allowed, however no open fires or firepits.

While the site is dog-friendly, dogs must be kept on their lead.

Things to do on site and in the Alford area

Woodthorpe Leisure Park truly is fun for all the family.

For the golfers out there, there is a 25 bay driving range and an 18 hole pay and play golf course which even has the possibility of a spot of sunset golf for that true holiday feeling. For the budding fisherman, there is even two onsite fishing lakes which you can make the most of with daily, weekly, evening and even family permits!

The little ones are in for a treat here with the extensive play area boasting a Dinothorpe attraction and full size maze! Woodthorpe garden centre even gives children the chance to try out the trampolines or play in the playhouses.

The onsite family run Woody's restaurant and bar boasts a range of menus. Grab a seat, and a nice cold beer, on the patio and enjoy all your pub classics, or opt for the takeout menu to enjoy your meal alfresco. Breakfast and children's meals are provided and you can even head over in the evenings to enjoy some of the specially selected entertainment- fancy a game of bingo anyone?

With the sandy shores of Mablethorpe and Sutton on sea just a 15 minute drive this site also doubles as the perfect seaside getaway.
