About Midgham Farm

The Sykes family welcome you to their friendly farm near the New Forest, close to Fordingbridge. Nestled within the woods are a handful of rustic, off-grid canvas lodges and cabins that sleep up to six. The woodland around this farm has been family owned since 1790. Today, the farm is the home of Chiddock Pony Stud with good-natured ponies to groom, lambs to feed, pigs and piglets and more. Children will love the rope swings, play area, the small woodland steams and in the evenings, you can gather by one of the four communal fires. There's also a long stretch of the River Avon, just a 10-minute walk away for guests to paddle or book a fishing lesson (mid-April and the end of Sept). All rustic, off-grid canvas lodges are fully-equipped, including a kitchen with a wood-burning stove for heating and cooking, a living area and proper beds (double bed, cupboard beds and a bunk bed). With no electricity or Wi-Fi, it's the ideal holiday to reconnect with nature. You have the option of an ensuite shower, or there are shared facilities in the farmhouse. Alternatively, you could settle in your spacious cabin if you want some more luxury.

Midgham Farm is open from 29/03 to 31/10.
