Flagg View is a back-to-basics touring site set on a working farm in Buxton, Derbyshire, welcoming children and well behaved dogs. The site offers grass and hardstanding pitches with electric hookup suitable for campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Enjoy views of the Peak District from the comfort of your pitch and pubs within walking distance.
About Flagg View
Set on a working farm just outside of Buxton, a historic spa town in the heart of the Peak District, this site is perfect for those seeking a quiet weekend getaway with the dog in tow. Boasting panoramic countryside views, the site offers a handful of grass and hardstanding pitches with 16 amp electric hookup, suitable for small campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Please note that this site does not have toilet or shower facilities, so all units must be self contained. Tents are not permitted. With the Three Shires Head circular route and the High Peak Trail (for serious cyclists) both within a stone's throw, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and biking. If pottering around picturesque villages with a coffee in hand is more your idea of fun, Bakewell and Buxton are both less than 15 minutes away. Dogs are welcome (up to two per pitch) but should be kept on leads when around the site. No campfires, sorry!

As a basic site, onsite facilities include chemical waste disposal.
For shops and restaurants, Matlock is only half an hour away. However, if you just need a couple of essentials, Longnor General Store is less than ten minutes away.
There are also a number of great pubs within walking distance, such as The Duke of York and The Bull i' th' Thorn.
