Belle Vue Farm is an adult only site (no tents, pets or visitors) in the peaceful surroundings of Stanhope in the North Pennines AONB. Set in an elevated location you'll be treated to beautiful panoramic views across the valley and grouse moors. Beautiful walks and cycle routes on the doorstep.
About Belle Vue Farm Touring Caravan Site
This is a quiet, adult only elevated rural site set 1000ft above sea level with beautiful panoramic views across the valley. It's a rare retreat and an ideal place to relax and unwind. Its setting is at the western end of Stanhope, under a mile and a half from the centre of Stanhope and 16 miles from the High Force waterfall. Pitches are for caravans and campervans only, with hardstanding and 10-Amp electric hook-ups. Pitches one, two and three have a trapped gulley in the pitch for waste water disposal. There are just four pitches in total. Sorry, no pets, tents or visitors accepted.

Site rules and policies
General:-
No dogs. No tents
Minimum age 21yrs.
Check in 1:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m.
Maximum of two persons per caravan/campervan/motorhome.
Only one car is permitted per pitch.
No Visitors.
Septic tank:-
The site is on a septic tank. Only fluids which are safe to be emptied into a septic tank can be used e.g. Blue Bio, Elsan Organic toilet fluid, Thetford Aqua Kem Green Toilet Fluid. If unsafe fluids have been used the cassettes must be thoroughly cleaned prior to entering the site and an initial double dose of fluid.
Deposits, cancellations:-
Deposits - All deposits are non refundable and none transferable.
Cancellations (excluding advance payments for electric) - Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is liable to be charged for, unless the pitch is subsequently re-let. We regret there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of holidays.
Electric, water:-
No generators. When a metered supply is used, electric is supplied provided the advance payment is in credit. Unused credit will be refunded upon departure.
Cold water is provided free for personal hygiene only and not for washing cars/caravans or other vehicles.
Noise:-
Persons using bad language, unruly behaviour or interfering with the general comfort of other guests will be evicted.
No loud music is to be played. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 08:00am. No noise audible to adjacent guests after midnight.
Liability:-
The site owner accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, expense or injury suffered to belongings, or persons, however caused, whilst on the site.
Vans/campervans/vehicles left on site beyond the period booked will be charged at the daily rate and may be towed off pitch and clamped.

Beautiful walks in unspoilt countryside are all around you, ranging from upland tracks with panoramic views to tranquil river walks.
High Force, England's highest waterfall, is a short journey in the car from here, a must-see, and more of the Durham Dales are waiting to be explored.
