About Wheatfields Luxury Glamping
The site is the perfect place to unwind, relax and play away from everyday life. With only two tents on site, generously spaced apart and fully equipped with everything you need. The breathtaking scenery at this family-run farm almost mimics an African savannah with big skies, amazing sunsets, and all-important peace and quiet. There are wildflowers, a grass maze and a badminton court to complete the scene. The night sky is also amazing with no light pollution. Perfect for a luxury family break, the site's two safari tents enjoy a secluded location, sleeping eight to ten people and bursting with home comforts, including three/four separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area with a wood-burning stove and gorgeous shower rooms. A master double room includes a four-poster double bed, but you'll also find a cabin bed for two, and the bunk room sleeps four but is versatile, changing to two twin rooms if required. Comfy beds in all the tents are made with beautiful natural bed linen and soft towels. The kitchen includes a two-ring gas hob, fridge, kettle, coffee cafetiere, crockery, wine and soft drink glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil and balsamic vinegar are all included. The living area has a large comfy sofa with loads of space to get cosy next to the wood-burning stove. Outside the safari tents, guests can enjoy the use of a fire pit with a batch of wood supplied while away the night, toasting marshmallows and watching the amazing sunset. Both tents also enjoy an outdoor kitchen/ Bar with a gas BBQ/griddle and pizza oven with a bar area. Both tents now have hot tubs sitting at the back of the decks great for sitting and enjoying the sunsets and spectacular views of the ancient cliff of the Isle-of-Oxney and the Saxon Shore Way. Sandpiper also has extra space for two more people in the lovely bell tent with its old double iron bed. Included in the price. A travel cot (supplied) fits in the main bedrooms. A high chair is also available on request. Private parking is available for up to two cars per tent. Extra cars can be parked securely in the farm yard. This is a working farm, so large machinery is in use. You and your kids are invited to have a ride in a tractor or in the combine harvester during harvest. In short, the site has it all and you can bring your dog along too! Max of two dogs per tent per stay.
