Site rules and policies
1. Booking, cancelation and not showing up for a booked pitch.
Book via phone or email and pay on arrival.
If you cancel your pitch any time upto 7 days before the day that you are due to arrive, there will be no cancelation fee (as it gives us chance to rebook your pitch). If you cancel within the 7 days before you are due to arrive, you will have to pay for the pitch in full.If In the event of a no show, you will have to pay for the pitch that you have booked in full, as obviously the pitch can not be reallocated at very short notice. It would be unfair for sunnyoak caravan park to loose out on the pitch fee's for something that is not the fault of the caravan park. If you book a pitch with us, it will be kept for you. This is only the same thing as paying for your pitch in advance as is the case with nearly all caravan parks and hotels. This makes it completely fair for both caravan park and camper. We know that this is your holiday, thats why everything is mowed, cleaned and maintained to the highest standards (which you will know if you have been here). But everything costs money to maintain (water, electric, septic tank empty ,pump staition maintainance ,insurance ,rates, mower petrol, mower and tool maintainance, toilet block maintainance, phone bills and the list goes on). And non payment of pitch fees makes it hard. So please see it from the side of the park also. And once again, if anybody wants to cancel their booking upto 7 days before you are due to arrive, thats not a problem, because if give us time to re-book the pitch.
When you make the booking, you will indemnify Sunny oak caravan park against all loss, damage and personal injury arising directly or indirectly, from any act or default by yourself or any person or animal accompanying you. As party leader (person who books) you warrant that you will make all persons associated with your party fully aware of this.
In addition to these terms and conditions, there may be specific terms which apply to individual pitches. These will, where applicable, be pointed out when the booking is made. Please note that camping on Sunny oak caravan park land is restricted to the areas designated as pitches. Camping in other areas is not permitted.
Sunny oak caravan park is not liable for any injury, loss or damage to you, your vehicle(s) or your property and in making a booking with us, you free and relieve Sunny oak caravan park of any claim arising out of this booking.

Anybody making to much noise and causing other campers not to enjoy there stay will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given. We dont allow group bookings (2 caravans max) as it encourages campers to sit outside late talking and drinking. If this is what you have got in mind please book onto another camp site. If you happen to have freinds on site and want to have a chat and its after 11:30pm, please go inside your caravan and chat. We have found that even if you are talking normal and you are beside a camper who is trying to go to sleep it can be unpleasent for them.
This is what we cater for.
Visitors under 21 years of age are not allowed onto the park

We accept up to 2 dogs per pitch on condition that they are on a lead at all times. The pitch price includes up to two dogs per pitch.
