Greenacres is a gem of a site, set on the fringes of the village of Tuxford in the heart of Robin Hood country. It's situated in north Nottinghamshire, just half a mile east of the A1. The park is an excellent overnight halt and an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and its many attractions.

Greenacres is a small family owned and run park under the direct supervision of the resident proprietors, who take great pride in ensuring high standards, the warmest of welcomes and a pleasant, memorable stay for everyone.

11 x Seasonal Touring Pitches (C2 to C8, E1 to E4)

Grass seasonal touring caravan pitches with hook up and space for awning and one vehicle. Awnings are not permitted to remain erected permanently. Electricity metered and charged separately.

14 x Tent Area

Grass tenting for 4 berth tents (maximum). Space for one vehicle. Hook ups are not available for tents.

Tuxford itself is within easy walking distance of the park and boasts most everything you might need: pubs, English, Chinese and Indian takeaways, a Post Office, convenience stores and a friendly working men's club to name but a few.

The nearest pub to the park (100 yards) is The Fountain, which is open daily serving great food and a wide range of excellent cask ales.
