A note from the site themselves...

Our campsite is on a traditional hill sheep farm in the Black Mountains, on the eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. At over 1,000 feet above sea level, it offers a peaceful, rural site in an area of stunning scenery with spectacular, dark night skies.

We are strongly committed to ensuring visitors to our campsite 'tread lightly' on the natural environment. We have reused/ repurposed/ recycled wherever possible in developing the site. The accommodation is 'off grid', with some solar lighting where necessary, and we have implemented many eco methods in disposing of waste and how we obtain our water.

We hope that you enjoy your stay in the Olchon Valley and appreciate how special this place is, Julie
