On the day of departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10am and left in a clean and tidy condition. Please let us know if anything is broken or missing so that we can replace it!

? Firm bookings will only be made on receipt of a completed and signed Booking Form together with the appropriate deposit. A receipt will be forwarded as confirmation of booking.

? If after booking has been accepted and entered into our computer, any alterations are required by you, a charge of £10.00 per alteration will be made to cover the considerable amount of work involved and postage. Your own cancellation insurance may cover you for all or part of these liabilities if a cancellation is due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

? You are responsible for all losses and damage which occur during your period of hire. All defects and breakages must be reported. No claim can be accepted or even considered for defects or complaints which are not reported to the owners or staff.

? Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control make it necessary for us to withdraw holiday accommodation, then alternative accommodation (if available) will be offered, or a full refund made. However, it is distinctly understood and agreed that we shall not be liable for any cost other than the full refund of monies paid for that specific period.

? No booking can be accepted from any person under the age of 18 yrs. In the event that we unknowingly accept a booking form from a minor or by false declaration or otherwise, then on arrival, accommodation will be refused and the parent or guardian will automatically become liable for all the balance of the fees.
