About Pennymoor Caravan and Camping Park
Pennymoor is a welcoming, spacious site in a rural location with panoramic views of Dartmoor and the Devon countryside. It's a particular favourite for those searching for a peaceful, carefree holiday with an onsite shop and takeaway menu. A 30-minute drive will take you to Plymouth, the famous Barbican, Ivybridge, Dartmoor National Park, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Salcombe and many other beaches. It's in such a central location that makes this spot so tempting. Pennymoor offers plenty of space for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, all close to excellent facilities, with a total of 119 grass and hardstanding pitches. Alternatively, you could hire one of a range of luxury home-from-home holiday caravans. The caravans are very well equipped with a full-size cooker, fridge and self-contained facilities. Most caravans are pets free, but some are reserved for well-behaved pets and their owners. Especially popular is the three-bedroom Lavender Lodge, which offers a truly relaxing holiday. This accommodation is perfect for families with a roomy lounge and dining area, a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, plus three good-sized bedrooms and a king-size bed. Indeed, many families return year after year, and the site has been owned and run by the same family for 87 years.
The site is open for camping, touring and static caravan hire from mid March until the end of October.
