We were welcomed in the reception by one of the owners, who was very friendly and explained everything clearly. We found our pitch and it was perfect. It backed onto a stream, which made for a relaxing natural soundtrack. The shower/ toilet block was close by and were spotlessly clean. A perfect site to stay at in October. I should imagine it's a very popular site in the summer, lovely for kiddies to play in the stream. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed in September, the site was very quiet and peaceful, very scenic, spacious pitches, we especially liked the pay as you go EHU. Well stocked camp shop, clean toilets and showers. Only issue and that was the barrier was extremely slow when opening to the point of thinking it was going to open, apart from this, we enjoyed staying at Hidden Valley and would definitely stay again.

We first stayed here for 3 nights in April in our motorhome, we enjoyed it so much we came back for 7 nights in September with the caravan. We chose a fully serviced grass pitch in the lower half of the site, called Kingfisher Meadow and it was beautiful. The local beaches and views are fantastic, there was so much to see that one week was not long enough. Local shops are just down the road and you are spoilt for choice with superstores and everything in Barnstaple. I cannot recommend this area and site enough, the scenery is great, the site staff are friendly and helpful. The stream running through the site is picturesque. We loved it, the dogs loved it and we will be back!

Lovely site, friendly stuff, great pitches. Site not far from beaches and amenities. Fabulous stream running through the site, as well as a forest area to walk the dog. Hidden Valley was easy to find, secure and easy to get in and out of.

Lovely site, felt as if you were deep in countryside but with the amenities you need. Pitches well-spaced and fairly level and toilet/shower facilities were clean. Children on site appeared to be enjoying cycle rides and climbing apparatus and general safe walks. Reception staff very helpful and friendly

Booked last minute for a much needed weekend break with my husband. Everything was just perfect, clean and lovely. Staff amazing, and I will be back. Even the rain didn't marr our enjoyment.
