The site has plenty of grass pitches, some with electric hook up. Welcoming walkers and families, relax in this peaceful valley, explore the local rivers, wild swimming spots, waterfalls and beaches. About Fisherground Campsite
From toasting marshmallows on an open fire to the children's adventure playground, the site has plenty to make your stay memorable. There are 180 pitches onsite, so you won't struggle to find a space to pitch up. Electric hook ups are also available. Dog friendly. Nestling in the beautiful Eskdale Valley close to Scafell, England's highest mountain and Wastwater, England's deepest body of water.

*Bookings only allowed from over 21yr +
*All groups must call before booking
*No caravans allowed
*One tent per pitch. Ensure you book the correct pitches for every unit you are bringing
*Check-in 2pm-7pm
*Departure by 11am
*Quiet site 22:30pm - 8:00am
*VEHICLES NOT INCLUDED IN PITCH PRICE. SEE EXTRAS
*Site barrier opens 8.00am & locked 21.00pm daily
*Once unloaded you may be asked to move your vehicle
*Campfires allowed ONLY in wheel rims provided Rims not to be moved for any reason, no new fires outside rims
*Supervise children at all times
*Take ALL broken items home
*Dogs on lead at all times cleaned up after & exercised off site. Max 2 dogs per pitch
*Projectors, Chinese lanterns/fireworks, flying drones, water balloons, generators not permitted on site
*Display tent/van tag where it can be seen at all times

Things to do on site and in the Holmrook area
A walker's paradise, the site is a great base for those of you looking to tackle the National Three Peaks Challenge or enjoy walks up Scafell Pike.
Afterwards, why not take in more of the stunning scenery on a ride aboard the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway that stops by the site!
If you'd rather stretch your legs on a sandy beach, Drigg's sandy shores are just over a 15 minute drive away.
