A note from the site themselves...

Hi from the Welch family and the Silverhill team.

We are delighted to share our love of camping/caravanning with the thousands of people who have come through the gates over the years. The previous owners designed our state of the art amenity block and included many of the facilities that they found useful when they camped.

Over the years the site has not stood still, making sure to improve the site and the experience for our customers. Glamping, holiday homes, a new play area, whatever it is we aim to do everything to the best of our ability. We welcome customers like returning friends and love what we do.

We are looking forward to welcoming you!

VW-Type Campervan - Serviced Hardstanding PitchesNov 2024

Easy check in, hardstanding pitch easy to park. There was a small shop for provisions, toilet, the shower block was very clean. There were facilities for any waste. There was a dog walking space just across the road to walk for miles. For me it was close to my son, I left early but this had nothing to do with the site. Very quiet, the dogs needed to be on a lead, which isn't a problem. The Carnarvon pub was a little walk away, you can take your dog into a special area and still have a meal. The weather was not good, but hopefully I will be back when it warms up. It looks and feels like a very safe place for families, and Sutton in Ashfield is not far away for shopping. This was my first little trip but ideal for me. Thank you Silverhill.
