The camping field is arranged around mown pathways and pitches, with spacious spots for tents, each with a fire pit. For a touch of luxury, the site offers Sioux-style tipis with cosy beds, a BBQ and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Cotswolds are also only 25 minutes away for days out!

About Great Cotmarsh Farm
Switch off and unwind and this off-grid camping and glamping site. With car free pitches and just a limited amount of spaces, it is perfect for peace and quiet, with plenty of space for kids to roam free! There are a total of four non electric grass pitches, each mown for the spring and summer with paths to connect you to the facilities. Each pitch allows up to four guests, measuring around 8m x 8m. You will also be provided with your own fire pit, the perfect way to spend evenings back at camp. Two Sioux-style tipis also offer the opportunity to sleep under canvas and enjoy the pleasures of campfires and proper outdoor cooking. Sleeping up to six, each comes with a super kingsize bed, two single trundles and two futons. Rugs and blankets are provided, along with a camp stove, cooking equipment and a table and chairs. For al fresco dining, you will have a decked area with furniture. A Santa Marina grill BBQ is also included, the perfect way for getting the flame-grilled flavour. There is a field kitchen with a wood-fired oven where you can cook beautiful pizzas. The site also offers delicious sourdough pizza bases to make the process tasty and simple. There are cast iron pans available for slow roasting meat, vegetables, curries, lasagnas and even to bake bread. Pasture fed lamb and beef can be purchased for hearty evening meals. Within a 20 minute walk or quick cycling distance of the farm is the fantastic Broad Town Brewery and Hop Garden where you can enjoy locally brewed ales and street food vendors at the weekends. The site is also dog free. At least one member of each part must be a member of The Greener Camping Club. This is available to add on when you book, for just £12 a year.
Pitches are available from 3rd May, tipis from 24th May. The site closes on 1st October.

Things to do on site and in the Broad Town area
For outdoor adventurers, foodie fanatics, history seekers and nature lovers, there's something for everyone in beautiful Wiltshire.
Have a go at water skiing, go crazy with some friends on a large inflatable, or if you prefer something more peaceful, try windsurfing, sailing, paddle boarding or even kayaking at the Cotswold Water Park (25 minutes).
Get out on the North Wessex Downs and take in some breathtaking scenery with a network of public footpaths and trails. There are plenty of scenic strolls directly from the site too.
The farm is less than ten minutes from the Ridgeway National Trail. From its start in the World Heritage Site of Avebury, it follows a ridge of chalk hills in a north-easterly direction for 87 miles.
Popularly known as 'Britain's oldest road', The Ridgeway still follows the same route over the high ground used since prehistoric times by travellers, herdsmen and soldiers. Today it is popular with walkers, runners, cyclists and horse riders.
Test your fear of heights at the Arc Climbing Centre in Chippenham (35 minutes). There is a cafe onsite and a range of activities for the whole family, with a skatepark, kids play park and a woodland sculpture trail located alongside.
