Wild Cherry Eco Campsite is a peaceful off-grid site on the edge of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just a minute or two off the A5, the site is perfectly located as a gateway to enjoy all that North Wales and the Shropshire borders have to offer whether you are on a weekend getaway or a week of relaxation. Pitches include their own private facilities!

This spot is just perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. Each pitch comes with a firepit and a covered area so that come rain or shine you'll be ok. There's a great white water rafting place nearby too! The hosts were super helpful and keep stock of wood for the fire and other camping supplies at their tuck shop. Highly recommend a stay here.

I have never known a campsite with so much space and with such amazing facilities! Our own toilet, our own covered picnic table and just 4 pitches in a beautiful massive field. We absolutely loved this place and felt very very spoilt. Thank you, thank you. Xx

We had a lovely stay here. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the kitchen facilities were very handy, and the bell tent had a lovely fireplace outside. I would definitely recommend staying here! Loads of things to do and see nearby.

Great place to stay, almost don't want to tell you! Lovely hosts who have thought of everything you'll need for a lovely weekend. There's a fridge/freezer to pop your milk and bangers in over night, an emergency tuck shop, logs ready for your firepit. It's a peaceful location with lots of space, you go to sleep to the owls and wake up to the goats. Fabulous 😍

An excellent site with only four pitches, meaning that you really do get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The site is set on the edge of unmanaged woodland, with the pitches far enough apart not to be disturbed by your neighbours. It is great that a fire pit is included in each pitch, and wood is available in the small shop on-site. There are also covered picnic tables at each pitch. It is about a five-minute drive to the nearest village, where there is a small supermarket. I would definitely recommend this site, and I hope to visit it again in the future, for a longer period next time. Be advised that this is an unmanaged area so there are a lot of nettles around, so if have small children, you need to make sure they take care.
