Llansawel Agored is a peaceful, off-grid camping and glamping site in the stunning Carmarthenshire countryside, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Tents can pitch up on non electric wild or ensuite pitches, each with its own camp kitchen and fire pit. For those who prefer glamping, the site also offers a geodome and safari ready tent with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paddleboarding, canoeing and archery are also on offer!

Stayed with my partner for a few nights and had a great time, we had a good amount of privacy and we had our own toilet and kitchen area and could use our camping stove. Rhys the owner is lovely and kept communication with us before and during our stay and suggested some places for us to do water sports near by. If you want to explore around the area it's best to come by car as places are at least 20 mins by drive. Overall we had a great time camping and would definitely return.

This was a fantastic site. We had a great time. The pitch was a great size and the "kitchen" was really useful when we had some rain. The compost toilets, showers and washing up areas were very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for where to visit Do be prepared to push your stuff along the track in the big wheelbarrows provided. The upside of this is that it would be safe for young children to run around the site without the worry of vehicles. We definitely intend to return!

Great little site, just the right balance of well thought out amenities and a back to nature environment. We went as a group of brothers with older children, opting for the Bell tent with supplied equipment, giving us the right balance of proper camping yet with the well thought out facilities making it all that bit easier without taking away the fun. Our Bell tent was in a glade all on its own too. A good base for further exploring, Rhys was on hand to offer great advice too. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rhys was so thoughtful and helpful. Everything and more already there, views stunning and the stars at night just breathtaking. Loved having a fire pit, site very quiet and not over run. Bring wellies, walking boots as walkways are grass. First time my six year old granddaughter has been camping and she adored it. The kitchen area is a great idea under shelter. There are kennels nearby and you can hear the dogs barking at various times, however a small issue in an otherwise beautiful spot.

This campsite was beautiful. Quiet and calm with beautiful views across the Valleys. Rhys was a perfect host making sure we were comfortable everyday and just chatting like a human should. He is a very switched-on chap with a clear vision for his little slice of heaven in the Welsh hills. The ideas he has for the site are very impressive and he has a great orchid of delicious apples that he was kind enough to allow us to sample. It's early days for this site since COVID and for us, it is a new regular haunt. Location of the site puts you close enough to everywhere. The hot water gas showers were great,I do love having a hot shower outdoors. It's good for the soul. Thanks Rhys for being a great host and keep up the great work. We will be back.👍🏼

Went there with my girlfriend at the end of July. Was surprisingly quiet for us. But that meant we wear able to explore freely. The host was amazing, helped with variety of different suggestions and was available a text away. Wonderful pitching spots with plenty of space for us. Amazing to be so close to the Brecon Beacon as well.

How campsites should be. Spacious, peaceful and surrounded by meadows. It's a really nice balance between a great campsite with the trappings of glamping too. Each of the plots felt unique and you get plenty of space to set up. Hot showers, fire pits and easily accessible toilets were a bonus too. Rhys was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a walk into tow (5 mins) for a pint at the Angel, where the owners were an absolute delight. I wish all campsites were like this.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and the facilities provided were more than enough for the night. The owner was very helpful and friendly, getting us everything we needed for the evening.
