Experience the last word in luxury glamping at Elessar Yurt Village. The beautiful yurts are equipped with lots of creature comforts and make great spaces for social gatherings and romantic stays.
Each has a handcrafted spacious bed, alongside comfy mattresses for the little ones, plus a fully furnished and beautifully glam interior.
The boutique yurt village is nestled in the woodland at the foot of the South Downs, close to the historic city of Chichester, Fishbourne Roman Palace and the magnificent Kingley Vale.
It's perfect for couple's breaks, fun-filled weekends with the kids and much more. As well as getaways, the whole yurt village can be hired to host wedding receptions, handfasting ceremonies, birthdays and corporate events.
The yurt village is a very special place and each guest will feel refreshed when they leave.
The site is open for select dates in April, then from 23rd July until 8th September.
Facilities include four hot showers (gas-powered), six flushing toilets (including one disabled) and a further two composting toilets. There are three water points on the campsite to collect water from and guests are welcome to use the 8-12 seater wood-fired hot tub.
A large complimentary bonfire is fired up each evening and each yurt has its own BBQ for your use. There's also a mess tent kitchen, with refrigeration provided by ice blocks.
Free WiFi is available at reception. A large heated social yurt is available for get togethers. Kids have the use of a mud kitchen in the play area. The Horse and Groom pub is around a 25 minute walk from the site in East Ashling.

A note from the site themselves...
At the heart of everything we do is family. We have designed every aspect of our site with children and comfort in mind. Our site aims to allow guests to unwind whilst little ones can run free safely, swing in the hammocks, get back to nature and create mud pies or make new friends by the bandstand.
Being the providers of backstage hospitality to Glastonbury and many other popular festivals, we have a lot of experience hosting stressed out artists and those with busy schedules. Through this, we have very much learnt how and what people need to be able to fully chill out and have a relaxing experience.
Myself and the team hope to welcome you soon, Paul

Yurt - Mongolian YurtsJun 2023
This is such a magical place. It's my second visit and I can't wait to go back. The staff: Norman, Coby, Becks and Joanna are a total asset - the nicest, most down to earth people. Nothing is too much trouble.
The facilities and cleanliness are fab. The hot tub is so lovely and hot and was great value. My dogs were so happy and loved Norman! It rained for England yesterday all day and it didn't spoil our experience in any way. The beds are so comfy and the bedding was hotel quality.
Site's response
Thank you Leanna, it was great to have you back again and so glad to hear you had a wonderful time even with the horrendous weather!
I will pass on your thanks to the rest of the team, we are very lucky to have them! We look forward to welcoming you back another time!
We'll add a free hot tub session to your next stay as you enjoyed it so much!
