About Yeabridge Farm
Set down a secluded private track surrounded by fields of maize and grass, you will be able to relax in the peace and tranquillity of the site. Hidden in a small, secret woodland copse, you can also soak in the beautiful views of the Somerset countryside. For days out, Glastonbury and the coast are within 40 minutes too! The site offers a selection of different glamping accommodations, suiting both couples and families. Each unit has its own private shower room in a shared block, meaning you can leave your toiletries there, with two communal kitchen and dining areas. Ideal for a romantic stay, the shepherd's huts sleep two and feature luxury furnishings, a double bed, linen and a wood burning stove. Each yurt sleeps five and offers one proper double bed for the adults and three single beds for the children, complete with thick, warm, duvets, pillows and linen. Travel cots are available for younger guests. Outside your yurt, is a lovely decking area with two director's chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a picnic table, your own BBQ and fire pit to toast marshmallows over. The Loft sleeps four, kitted out with a double bed, two single futon beds, a kettle and indoor seating. Outside is a spacious decking with a picnic bench and charcoal BBQ. In the kitchen area, you get your own workstation complete with plates, cups, pots, pans cutlery etc, a camping stove, a fridge, a storage box and a picnic table. There is also shared use of a double oven with gas hobs, plus a large communal fire pit. You are advised to bring a torch as, although there is lighting in the kitchen and shower rooms, there is no electrical lighting around the yurts so at night it can become very dark. Great for stargazing! A short walk from the site you will find the farm lake which you are free to wander around or take a picnic to the lakeside. If you are really quiet then you may be able to spot some of wildlife down there so you can truly feel back to nature. It's not unusual to see deer, ducks, swans, foxes or a barn owl at dusk. Please note, that the site is dog-free.
