We went for a long weekend and absolutely love it. The facilities were really good and always clean. Great value for money and with Deal and Sandwich nearby it's a ideal site. Will be returning.

What can I say! Great space beautiful surroundings. The children loved it and made friends. Gary and Sara looked after us making sure we were comfortable. What impressed me especially was the cleanliness of the facilities, hot showers. super clean toilets which is such an important attribute with children. The surroundings are stunning, apple orchards, beautiful fields and if you don't drive like me the 43 Stage coach to Canterbury and Sandwich is only a 10 minute walk. All in all a 10 out of 10.
A lovely stay!

We recently stayed at this site with two other families, and I have to say I was so impressed. The location is great, stunning countryside, surrounded by orchards and a vineyard. It was a great base to get out and have fun in the local area and then come back to relax in the evening and enjoy some awesome stargazing. :) The facilities in the site are great too, much better than other sites we've stayed at. I'd highly recommend this site to others!
Will definitely be coming back

Really great space, ground level and really well kept. Facilities much better than expected or experienced before. There was lots of space for the children to run and play with each other and the campsite itself is located in a great area. We visited Broadstairs and Canterbury, as well as going on a beautiful walk to spot the seals. About 5 minutes drive away, there is also sandwich lakes with a café and really beautiful lakes and views with a children's playground. We will definitely be coming back. The only downside was the loud dogs that barked relentlessly in the evening until the early hours both nights we stayed. I didn't manage to locate the onsite shop or the owners at certain times as we were out during the day, so try and catch them before they go. However, this wasn't a huge issue and we would definitely come back and stay again! It's a beautiful location and perfect for what we wanted, have already recommended to friends!

We were welcomed to the campsite by the owner after phoning at the entry gate upon arrival, slightly earlier than check-in. Guided to our pitch and informed of the local area. Site was super clean with brilliant facilities which were well maintained and monitored. Site was busy with families who were very welcoming and a lovely atmosphere created. Plenty of room around each pitch and for kids to play in the middle strip. Located perfectly for access to local shops and pub in the village of Ash and for access to other local attractions. The whole family had a wonderful time; highly recommended and we would love to stay again in future. Thank you!

This is a lovely place to stay if you prefer smaller more remote campsites. The pitches are spacious and the facilities excellent, with lovely hot showers and hot water for washing up. The location is great. You are within 20 minutes of the coast or Canterbury. The village if Ash is a walk away through the orchards. Gary and Sara are lovely and friendly and go out of that way to make your stay a happy one.

We loved our stay at the campsite! It's very quiet and peaceful. We cycled to Sandwich for a stroll in that cute little town and for a yummy F&S. On our second day we went running, it was very easy to find tracks because there are may footpaths in the area. After a great hot shower, it was time for culture and shopping in Canterbury. The campsite is perfect if you want to catch an early ferry in Dover, just a few miles away. The Turners are very friendly and warm people and we had some very nice chats. We'll come back, thank you so much!

This is the second time we've visited with friends and really like the campsite. Friendly owners, new and clean facilities, ample for all users so not left waiting. Close to lots of options for days out - Wingham, Deal, Sandwich, Margate, Ramsgate, Canterbury. Local farm shops and walks too, but we didnt have time to explore these. Firewood can be provided too at extra cost. Good-sized pitches, space for kids to play. Nice number of pitches and glamping tents so not too busy and quiet by 10-10.30pm. Even heard the lion roaring in the morning at Wingham! We will return to the site...lovely stay.

Beautiful location. Clean, new facilities. Friendly and accommodating site owners. Will definitely love to return. Dog friendly, family friendly, couple friendly. Quite peaceful and off the grid. We stayed in a trailer tent in one of the two large flat and open fields (they used to be cornfields but have been transformed into generous, flat and soft grass tent pitches). After setting up the tents, the cars move to the car park end of the field, making the tenting field free of traffic and a perfect space for children to play together safely. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Each with its own sink, nice liquid soap and paper towels. Mirrors with sinks (hot running water) and a washing up area with hot running water. Lovely hot showers. Shower cubicles have a hook for clothes and a shower curtain to keep clothes dry. Hosts are friendly and helpful. I needed a bit of help setting up my old trailer tent and Gary helped me put it up. Thanks Gary! At the site, there were families with young children and babies. Some families with older children. Some couples and one guy with his dog. It's a lovely chill place for everyone. Not aimed at music-playing groups. Sky at night was super clear and I could see sooooo many stars. I'm sure some people might go there just for that aspect. Very close to Wingham Wildlife park and Howletts. We took a trip to the historic part of Sandwich. Beautiful buildings. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little place to call home for a few days, 30 mins walk away from a vineyard, a few great pubs, and the town of Ash. The site is nice and peaceful, with gorgeous views of the countryside, some of the nicest facilities I've had in a while and with no electricity. On a clear night, the stars are beautiful. Great location to other short days out like Whitstable, Margate, Broadstairs and Dover. Will definitely return!
