Lovely relaxed atmosphere

This was our first camping trip with our 2 and 4 year old. We had a fantastic welcome, the lady who greeted us was very good at welcoming the children too. The loos/showers were clean and tidy. It is the perfect place if you want a relaxed atmosphere and very close to local amenities. I would strongly recommend. Thank you again and look forward to returning.

Poor facilities

Awful showers - no hot or even warm water. Only 3 showers for the entire field! Public footpath right behind our pitch, so had to face away from the sea to have some privacy. £44 a night, including 2 adults and 2 kids, and I feel a little ripped off.

Awful weekend

Kynance is in a perfect location, but sadly for us, it was wholly inadequate, too exposed and due to the awful storm. Spent a night in my car, due to a flooded tent and tent poles snapped. We left the site on Saturday morning, missing the 2nd night altogether. The facilities were basic, but clean, could do with more shower/toilets for the a mount of visitors. Also, there is obviously a drainage problem, as water/dirty too was laying outside the toilet block. Sadly, I cannot give a good review, but was gutted and disappointed at having to miss one night, but know the weather is out of anyone's control.

Lovley camping site

We stayed here as a family of 4,. Lovely campsite, friendly people. Staff did anything and everything to make our stay pleasant. We loved every minute and will definitely be back! Thankyou so much! Would definitely recommend 👌

Great few days!

We loved this site, very close to everything! Loved that it was eco-friendly too! Right back to basics! Our kids became kids again! They learned a new way of living! Management was lovely! Only a holla away if needed. She really does need to take a little more credit for what she's already achieved! I am in no doubt at all that we will visit this place again in the future!

Our stay

Campsite was very clean, however toilets and showers were very minimal. When the site is full, it results in long wait times so you are waiting for hours to get ready to go and enjoy the views of the cove

I am glad you found the campsite clean Dawn, as a pop up we do our best to provide a warm welcome and clean facilities. Can I ask please, were you aware of the other shower block? I have never known a wait for the showers in that block. I am aware that there can in busy times be a wait for the the shower in the top block, How many hours was you waiting please? Chell.

Had a wonderful holiday at Kynance Camping. Brilliant site, with lots of dogs and children playing, very relaxed atmosphere and lovely and quiet. Fantastic location, and Michelle was so welcoming, thanks so much!

Great setting, very helpful

Fab stay. The facilities were clean. The only downside was no hot water for washing up.

Lovely site

Lovely site, fantastic location, so close to Kynance and the coastal walk to lizard point that the car didn't move all weekend. The family that ran the site were brilliant, they even did a quiz night and bingo! Worth a visit definitely.

We're novice campers but that didn't matter as the owners were so helpful!

The campsite was beautifully simple but had everything you would need. As novice campers we had no clue but that didn't matter as the owners were so helpful, they made you feel at ease straight away. The facilities were clean, in good condition and maintained continuously. All the pitches were around the edges with wind protection from the hedging and the middle of the field was filled with children playing together having only just met! Be prepared, however, to be stunned by the star filled clear skies and no light pollution, absolutely mind blowing, especially when all you got up for was a midnight wee!!
