Given the location (The Fens) it's a lovely campsite - pretty much as good as it gets. Has all the basics plus a lot of charm, an excellent place for a quiet get-away.

A lovely short stay in this peaceful location. Exceptionally clean facilities with helpful, informative staff. There was a supply tent, which was thoughtful, although I did not have need of it on this occasion.
Magical and unique

A very special place to unwind and reconnect after a busy term! Very tranquil site, beautifully set out giving everyone lots of space. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. The little shop and haybales were well appreciated! Help yourself firepits very useful too. Would highly recommend and love to go back!

Cuckoo Fen was the epitome of how camping should be. A wonderful countryside location that managed to cater for all age groups with great success. The pitches are well spaced with great views and plenty of walking opportunities in the local area and it was wonderful to have a fire pit available too. Facilities were clean and tidy, and the little 'shop in a tent' was a great idea. As was the wood fired pizzas and 'Cool Beans' coffee van, which popped onto the site on the weekend mornings, also selling Danish pastries and croissants. Very much appreciated. In all, well run, clean and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Each pitch is well spaced. The facilities although basic are all really clean and hot water. Lovely location. Pizzas on site and some essentials on sale. Will stay again.

Tim’s campsite is fantastic. It’s in a picturesque field with incredible shower, toilet and washing up facilities. You get use of a fire pit and grill to make meals, or on Fridays there are homemade wood fired pizzas, and in the mornings a coffee truck comes. It’s a place to properly switch off!

A very well looked after spot with great facilities which are kept clean and tidy by on site staff. Staff very friendly and welcoming, there is even the cutest little shop which sells marshmallows and sticks for your campfire. We bought a bag of wood which lasted us two nights (could have easily lasted three nights) and the homemade fire lighters provided were perfect for getting the fire going easily. A really beautiful spot, my daughter loved playing in the bales of hay.

We stayed for just a night to meet with the rest of our party to travel on. We've stayed once before and weren't disappointed. The site is very quiet and friendly. There's an honesty box in a tent full of essentials and you can also borrow a fire pit. We did this and bought a bag of logs and some marshmallows from the tent which we enjoyed toasting. The logs were £9 a bag and we had a fire all evening and left what we didn't use. We went for a walk in the evening and saw rabbits as well as a deer and her two babies. It's a lovely site which I'd happily stay at again.
The best campsite we’ve ever been to!

Peaceful, beautiful, chilled, and just perfect. All the pitches are great, and we were able to choose which one we liked best. The facilities were as eco as it gets and were spotlessly clean and fully working. Fire pits are provided, logs are available, there's a lovely little shop with the basics, and there are excellent recycling facilities. There's even a little coffee van that visits on weekend mornings, with delicious coffee and croissants - such a nice touch! We didn't have time to do the canoeing, but next time we certainly will!
Amazing location, abundant wildlife, friendly campers.

Amazing location - a short walk into an enormous Fenland re-wilded area. There was abundant wildlife with red kites, buzzards, bats, owls, muntjac deer, badgers and more. There were friendly campers on site and we had a warm welcome from the campsite hosts and greetings from neighbouring tents. Excellent facilities. There's great recycling, eco loos and showers. Plenty of space for children to explore safely.
Clean, quiet and beautiful

Fantastic site, the fact that no speakers allowed meant that it did not attract idiots. Although site was full it was quite and very civilised, just what we like :-) Location was great for walking and the close proximity of park and ride makes it a good location for stress free visit to Cambridge.

Had a fab 2 night getaway from the madness of the world here with my 2 girls. The perfect mix between just the right amount of facilities and back-to-basics camping. My girls loved the little wood with rope swings at the edge of the site, and walks near the site allowed us to see deer... The coffee van with pastries was a cool little touch and they were delicious....
