Larks Rise is a family-run, pet free camping, motorhome, campervan and touring caravan site located in the countryside surrounding Walton, in the heart of Somerset. The site is surrounded by scenic views including Glastonbury Tor and is very close to the RSPB Nature Reserves on the Somerset Levels - so why not bring a good camera and immerse yourself in nature. Or for a bit of retail therapy why not visit Clarks Village, only a mile away.

About Larks Rise Caravan and Camping
The King family have owned and farmed the land around Walton for over 60 years. They have always had a great respect for the wildlife in the area and are keen to share the surrounding lands with guests, so they too can experience a glimpse of deer or other wildlife in the nearby fields. No dogs, cats or other pets are allowed on site and this has proven to be popular with families, who can come and relax with complete peace of mind. A set of six supersized hardstanding touring caravan pitches are 10m x 14m, with optional electric hook-ups with light. There are also 14 supersized tent pitches on grass 10 x 12m available with electric hook-ups too.

Things to do on site and in the Street area
If you like to get out and about on your holidays there are lots of things to see and do, whether you like shopping, fishing, cycling, walking, sightseeing, leisure parks, swimming or if you prefer to simply relax.
Somerset is a lovely area to visit, very rural, and with an abundance of wildlife. There are plenty of local attractions, cafes, pubs and restaurants and a designer shopping complex (Clarks Village) nearby.
The mystical town of Glastonbury has some unique shops for picking up a special souvenir of your visit. From the town's carpark you can also ride the tour bus which makes regular visits to Glastonbury Tor.

The autumn is also a popular time to visit as the local carnivals are well worth seeing.
