Nestled just below the Mendip Hills, over two miles from Cheddar Gorge, Home Farm is an ideal base to explore the local area. There are two wooden huts featuring quirky loft style sleeping accessed by a ladder and two holiday cottages with all the mod cons. You'll have plenty of space to explore. Home Farm campsite has great views towards Glastonbury Tor, with the River Axe running across the field.
About Home Farm
The site is located in a beautiful setting and offers a peaceful base to explore the local area. Cheddar Gorge is 2 miles away and local attractions such as Wells Cathedral and Glastonbury are close by. If you are more adventurous then climbing, caving, sailing, even dry slope skiing are on your doorstep. Grass pitches in the riverside field offer plenty of space for people to relax, with easy access to facilities. Campers can bring up to two dogs with them. Glamping is set in grounds that allow plenty of space. There's a total of three holiday accommodation units on 12 acres and it therefore remains quiet even in the height of the season. The Shepherd's Cabin and Pig Sty are both beautifully handmade wooden huts set on the farm, sleeping up to two people. They're perfect for a romantic escape with a spacious bathroom, king sized bed and fully equipped kitchen inside. All bed linen and towels are provided, plus you'll have free use of your own Smart TV, WiFi access and a log burner to cosy up to on a cold night. Two holiday cottages are also on site.
