About Rose and Crown
Book a stay at this camping and caravanning site set on its own six acre field by the Rose and Crown pub. There's a pub onsite with pool table, sports on a big screen and food and drink. Outside is a covered area to sit out, plus lots of space for team games. It's a short drive from the coast, with pretty King's Lynn only half an hour away. Electric pitches here include 10 amp electric hook-ups for both tents and caravans. Non electric pitches are available to tents and tourers. Seasonal pitches are also available. Children and dogs welcome.
Rose and Crown is open all year round in 2024 and from 01/01 to 19/02 and 01/03 to 31/12 in 2025.
Camping facilities include a unisex shower block with three showers and separate male and female toilet blocks. Showers cost 20p a minute so please bring change, they accept £1 or 20p coins. The female toilet block includes a unisex disabled toilet. Outside the shower block are washing up facilities and a chemical waste disposal point.
Free WiFi is provided in the pub, but signal strength can vary.
The rear bar features a pool table and opens out onto covered seating and patio spaces. The outdoor area includes a large covered patio, spacious beer garden, children's playground, outdoor gymnasium, games room, outdoor heated swimming pool (open March to December) and a sheltered smoking area.
The games room inside features arcade machines, table tennis, table football, air hockey plus a vending machine providing snacks and drinks.
Fishing and golf are available nearby in the wider area. A supermarket is five minutes away in the car.

Stopped for one night on the way home from a week long camp. They fitted us in with an hour's notice, very helpful. Check-in was easy, food in the pub was delicious and reasonably priced. Swimming and park were small but well looked after. It's a shame other campers don't look after the place; not putting rubbish in the bins, walking across pitches and leaving used sanitary items in the showers. We will definitely return as our two year old loved it.

We had a pleasant stay and the location was perfect because we needed to get to Fenland Airstrip a couple of times. Very convenient location in view of going to a local airport a couple of times. The swimming pool was very useful for a dip. The site and management was very relaxed so a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Excellent site, lovely location, nice facilities. Only little concern is no cold tap in the toilet block.

Guests can enjoy access to incredible facilities here including a heated swimming pool. Little ones can enjoy exploring the play area here too.
The location is great for exploring too, with Holbeach, Spalding, Sutton Bridge and Wisbech all surrounding the site. You're also just a mile from the A17 too, providing easy access to Boston, King's Lynn, Peterborough and Lincoln.
