This simple site is within easy access of Smarden village, just a 20 minute walk away with a great range of pubs and quaint village shops. The site is well located for exploring the pretty seaside towns of Rye and Hythe, just a 35 minute drive away. Or even visit the beautiful beach at Camber Sands, which is also dog friendly! A note from the site themselves...

Ivan and I purchased this farm as our adventure once our children had left home. I grew up in Headcorn and love this area. We both want to share our beautiful bit of Kent countryside with you. The sunsets and starry skies are so special, Karen

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring PitchesSep 2024

We really enjoyed our stay. The small farm offers a large field surrounded by countryside. They have ducks in the pond and they sell the eggs! The owners are kind and friendly and helpful. The toilets are kept very clean. The beautiful village of Smarden is a short walk away. Nearest pub, The Bell, just a walk up the road. The countryside is amazing. A great place, kept simple.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesAug 2024

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was lovely! Great location and the campsite has fantastic views. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners who were fantastic throughout and made us feel very welcome. Even though on one of the days we had rain we still enjoyed our stay finding other things to do around the area! Thank you for a great stay!
