About Briarfields Motel and Touring Caravan Park

Briarfields is a friendly park, beautifully landscaped and exclusively for adults, surrounded by mature hedges, shrubs and lawns, the park has an array of trees to give it that rural feel, with lots of birdlife too. For those with tourers or motorhomes choose from hardstanding pitches inclusive of 10 amp electric or opt for a fully serviced pitch. All pitches are divided by hornbeam hedging (some are more mature than others). Escape the elements in comfort with one of three cosy glamping pods (Buttercup, Daisy, Bluebell), all with electricity, lighting and heating. Pods sleep two adults with either a double bed or two singles, although do note that bedding isn't provided. Inside you will find a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and kettle. French doors lead onto your own decking area. Cycling is fantastic here and there is a path outside the entrance that goes all the way into Cheltenham (10 minutes). Sustrans cycle route 41 is a stones throw away and will lead you along quiet roads into Gloucester. Pets are most welcome and there is a maximum of two dogs per pitch. The park is not quite big enough for a dedicated dog walk but there is a little orchard adjacent to the motorhome service area for toileting morning and evening. There are lots of walks directly from the park and lots of places a short drive away where your four-legged friends can have a yomp in the fields. Rallies are also most welcome.

The site is open all year, with camping available from Easter to September only.

A note from the site themselves...

We are so happy to live in the stunning Cotswolds surrounded by rolling hills.

The best bit of running the park is meeting and greeting guests and hearing all about their travels - we've a list as long as our arm on future places we'd like to visit.

Our passion is to develop our park in a sustainable way and create a wide diverse wildlife habitat for all our guests to enjoy. All our park maintenance kit is now fully electric which is beneficial to the environment and of course our guests benefit from the vastly reduced noise whilst working around the park and no smelly fumes to contend with.
