About Spring Lakes Campsite

A peaceful family and dog friendly site set in a spacious 43 acres of the Cornish countryside with an onsite fishing lake and woodland. With a commitment to sustainability, this site has created a micro-community so you will be sure to spot some local wildlife like hares, rabbits and falcons from your pitch. The site keeps things small and simple with just ten grass pitches for tents and five for campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Each is spacious and non electric, for a traditional camping experience. The touring pitches have a gravel and grass area. Or, if you don't want the hassle of hammering in the tent pegs opt for one of the unfurnished bell tents, set on a timber base and measuring 5m in diameter. You will be just a 20 minute drive from the charming seaside town of Bude with a large sandy beach perfect for trying your hand at surfing and a sea pool for those who just want to cool off on a hot summer's day. The town has some great shops and restaurants for a day of mooching as well as coastal walks that the dog will love! If you're a keen angler, this site is ideal with an onsite spring fed fishing lake that stocks carp, roach and rudd. Dogs are welcome to join you on your stay but please ensure that they are kept on a lead and not left unattended. There is a communal fire pit for open fires and BBQs are permitted but must be raised from the ground.

Spring Lakes Campsite is open from 03/05 to 26/10.
