About Camping In Llanberis Campsite and Glamping Yurts
If you're looking for a dog-friendly campsite with camping and glamping options and easy access to Snowdon, look no further. Boasting dramatic views and a laid back atmosphere, this peaceful site provides a number of unmarked non-electric pitches for guests to pitch up at, suitable for tents and some small campervans. However, please note that there is no hardstanding and pitches are not completely level. If you're seeking some home comforts after a long day of activities, you can opt for one of the glamping options. This site offers four yurts - Elidir (sleeping two), Wyddfa (sleeping three), Glyder and Eilio (both sleeping four). Please note that only the Wyddfa yurt is dog-friendly. All yurts are furnished with warm beds, an electric fire, sockets for charging phones and - most importantly - tea and coffee making facilities. Outside you'll find a decking with outdoor seating and panoramic views of the North West face of Snowdon and many of the surrounding mountains. Glamping guests have access to shared bathroom facilities. Don't fancy cooking every night? No problem - there's a handy burger van onsite during peak season, as well as plenty of pubs and restaurants in Llanberis village, just a 15 minute walk away. Bangor and Caernarfon are both within a half hour's drive. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times, so not to disturb the roaming farm animals. Campfires are permitted and logs can be purchased at the reception.
Open from 1 March to 1 November
