Woodhill Campsite is a small, family-friendly site located in Painters Forstall village, ten minutes from the historic market town of Faversham. This peaceful site offers a mixture of grass and hardstanding pitches with optional electric and only allows five touring units onsite at once, in order to maintain its tranquil atmosphere. Best yet, it's dog friendly and has a great local pub a five minute walk away.
About Woodhill Campsite Certificated Site
Family-friendly and dog-friendly, this site is a perfect option for a family, couple or small group of friends looking to unwind against a backdrop of beautiful North Kent countryside - nicknamed the garden of England for a reason! The site has 15 pitches in total, five reserved for caravans and motorhomes and the remaining ten for tents and trailer tents. There's also a secluded camping area called Daisy Meadow and an enchanted garden with picnic benches. Please note that any caravans, campervans or motorhomes wishing to stay here must be Camping and Caravanning Club members. With the Kent Downs National Landscape of your doorstep, strap on your walking boots and explore the nearby network of country walks (followed by rewarding plate of chips at The Alma, naturally). It's also a perfect base for beach trips and coastal walks, being 20 minutes from Whitstable and 40 minutes from Margate and Broadstairs. Dogs are welcome but campfires are not permitted, sorry!
