About Home Farm Camping and Caravan Site

This is a small and friendly site, located in the rural beauty of a non commercial farm, yet with very easy access to the M40. Situated between London and Oxford, it offers a fabulous setting for evenings relaxing by the fire pit and chatting over the day's activities. The site is spacious and offers plenty of space for children to play away from other campers. Take advantage of the freedom to camp wherever you please without allocated pitches and get comfy. There are a range of options for grass and hardstanding pitches and, for those who prefer more comfort, a set of chic bell tents or shepherd's hut. It's glam all the way inside your bell tent, with the romantic mood set by candle-lit chandeliers and a cosy glow provided by your log burning stove. You can also relax outside and enjoy your Kadai fire pit and BBQ. You'll even have a Champagne bucket to help keep you perfectly chilled! All are included in the shepherd's hut here too. The Village pub next door have a fantastic Beer Garden and serve many local Ales and Beers as well as food and snacks!

The site is open year round for camping and touring on grass pitches and glamping in the shepherd's huts. Hardstanding pitches are available from March until September and bell tents 17th March until 7th November.

Large Tent - Grass PitchesSep 2024

The camping field is picturesque but on quite a slope. There seems to be no restriction on entrance time of guests, so at almost 11pm at night, we had a very loud air cooled camper park directly behind our tent, waking us up with noise, brake lights and petrol fumes. The electrical hook-ups are all at the top of the field, so if you are in a tent and want power, you are in amongst the constant noise of camper sliding doors owing and closing. Facilities are fine, toilets okay, showers okay and very clean.

Small Tent - Grass PitchesAug 2024

It was our first time camping and we really enjoyed our little stay. The perfect place to ease into camping or visit with a group. Plenty of space to pitch a tent and wasn't too busy. Beautiful views.

Great site

Large Tent - Grass PitchesAug 2024

A great site. It was very quiet, even though there was a few there, it was quiet and didn't feel busy. It was great seeing red kites. It probably needs more toilets, as there was a bit of a queue in the morning. Especially when you have a desperate 5 yr old. Great fridge facilities and location for LegoLand.
