At the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, nestled alongside the River Gwydderig you will find the Riverside Pods. Set in a grassy meadow, facing out onto the river lies a collection of luxury pods: Heron's Tree, Otter's Den, Red Kite's Nest and Kingfisher's Burrow. Each pod is the perfect size for two adults with a sofa bed for an extra little one. For more than one additional guest, do contact staff. With a globe-like feel, each ensuite Riverside Pod is individually designed to offer you a luxury glamping experience in any season and weather. You'll be surrounded by wild flowers from the hedgerows, grazing sheep and the many wildlife using the river as their corridor with exclusive access to the riverside. Inside is a well-equipped kitchen area as well as an ensuite shower room, luxurious double bed matched with Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, snuggly sofa bed (small charge for sofa bedding) and television. Its double glazed windows and under floor heating provides the perfect balance for all seasons. The kitchen offers a sink, fridge, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, selection of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. You'll have a welcome selection of tea, coffee, fresh milk, sugar and Welsh Cakes and cooking starter set of oil, salt and pepper. There's a also drop down dinner table, table cloth and stools and television with DVD player. There's even a supply of board games, books and DVDs. Outside each pod offers relaxing decking area with table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco evenings with exclusive access to the riverside. On arrival, take a moment to enjoy the Riverside views whilst tucking into a Welsh Brew mug of tea and local Welsh cakes. The Red Kite's Nest pod is pooch-friendly and the Otter's Den has been designed for those who require enhanced access.
