About River View Touring Park
The site is a peaceful 7 acre family-friendly space and is south facing with an abundance of native trees, wildflowers and wildlife. It offers a rural location in South West Wales, dog friendly and easily reached form Junction 49 of the M4. The river Gywilli flows along part of its boundary which is charming and a great place to spot wildlife. The layout of the site lends itself to three defined areas, all with very different characters. The wide range of pitches leaves you spoilt for choice, as you can choose the terrain you prefer. River Meadow has a few pitches particularly for the disabled and is mainly adults only, whereas Oakwood Meadow has an area in the centre with a small play frame for recreation, making it ideal for families. For glampers, the site offers luxury log pods with underfloor heating and a handy kitchenette. The family pod sleeps two adults and two children and is a lovely home-from-home in the countryside. A table inside fold into bench type sleeping and there are two fold down beds for kids, all with mattresses supplied. In the adult pod, a seating area converts into a bed too. Do note, the site is located close to two A roads so there may be some slight noise during busy periods.
The site is open from March to November. Grass pitches are available for Easter, then from May to September.
