This dog-friendly site offers two cosy shepherd's huts that are best booked out as a pair - perfect for a family or group of friends. With Arundel, Worthing and Chichester all nearby, it's an ideal base for exploring the West Sussex.

About Splash Farm Shepherd's Huts

The site is located on the edge of West Sussex in Burpham, just ten minutes from the historic town of Arundel. Boasting views of Arundel castle, an excellent local pub and a herd of friendly cows who love to come and say hello, it's an ideal family getaway. Onsite you'll find two tin shepherd's huts with differing interiors. Tansy hut, the larger of the two, is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed that sleeps two. In the kitchen, you'll find two hobs, a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle, as well as basic cooking supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. The Tansy hut also has ensuite toilet and shower facilities. Next to the fully-equipped Tansy hut is the Ethel hut, a smaller option furnished with two truckle beds. This hut does not contain kitchen or bathroom facilities. Outside, you'll find a covered outdoor seating area and BBQ. Sleeping a total of four people between them, these huts are a great option for a family or group of friends. You're also permitted to bring a small tent for extra members if needed. Alongside a complimentary welcome hamper, guests can order extras such as a full English breakfast, afternoon tea and BBQ feast. The nearest beach is Littlehampton Beach, just 15 minutes away. If you're happy to travel a little further, vibrant Brighton is 40 minutes away and makes for a great day out. The site is also within easy reach of Goodwood House and Racecourse, home to a number of annual events. Given the working farm setting, please expect to hear some farm animal and machinery noises in the background from time to time! Dogs are welcome for an extra fee and campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided.
