A note from the site themselves...

Thank you for choosing Leighs Hall where every effort will be made to give you an enjoyable stay. George and Oliva are available to give advice on places to visit or where to eat and we would be delighted to help where necessary!

Leighs Hall is a very dear and historic farmhouse, standing in its private grounds and gardens with the river Ter running through the campsite and the willow meadows. Although the site has been occupied since Saxon times the house and grounds were first recorded in the late 14th Century as being owned by John De St Philibert, one of the Norman families who settled here after the Conquest and is mentioned in the Domesday Book.
