Set in wonderful woodland surroundings, Ruthern Valley Holidays is set just ten minutes from Bodmin where you can experience all that North Cornwall has to offer. Tents and tourers can pitch up on a range of grass and hardstanding pitches, with a selection of pods for glampers. Located right by the Camel Trail, you'll be just a short drive from both coastlines and their glorious beaches, with the Eden Project in easy reach too!

Beautiful little site. Nestled in the woods, good location. 30mins away from Eden project and multiple beaches. Such a peaceful place which is maintained beautifully. Owners are lovely/friendly. Originally booked for 2 nights but ended prolonging our stay for another night. Thank you

A very well-run campsite with lots of choice of accommodation. We stayed in our touring caravan on a hardstanding pitch which was conveniently located by the shower block and other amenities. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, its a lovely, well-kept site. There is a children's play area located away from campers, with a small wooded area for them to play in too. Great location to reach both coastlines and plenty of places to visit with our two children (12 & 8) We hired bikes directly from the campsite which were fantastic quality, we used our own helmets but they also had some to use if you didn't have your own. A short ride to the camel trail which is picturesque and safe. There is a shop in reception with all the essentials you need and the owners are really helpful if you have questions about places to visit or need anything else during your stay. Overall a really lovely site, in a great location. We don't usually return to the same place more than once but everyone really enjoyed their stay so we will be back!

Clean and tidy site with well maintained but dated facilities. Good Wi-Fi coverage and handy little shop with wide variety of foodstuffs. Camel trail easy to access and then Wadebridge (4.5 miles), Bodmin (4.5 miles) and Padstow (10.5 miles) on flat bike track.
Incredible area and lovely hosts

Really nice people and they were very accommodating to us 18 year olds. Would highly recommend to anyone, as long as you treat the staff and services with respect.

We spent 6 months converting a Renault Traffic ambulance into a campervan, and this stay was our first overnight stay in the van. Having arrived at the site in the dark, we found the owners really friendly and welcoming, and they had left a note to show us where our pitch was, in case we missed them. Our pitch was lovely, private and amongst trees, and very spacious. The toilet block was quite close. In the morning we were able to see what a lovely site it was. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend this campsite

This campsite was amazing! It's situated in the woods and their layout makes it feel like you're fully immersed in nature with plenty of privacy. The toilets were immaculate, hot showers available, a shop on site stocked with loads of essentials, 10-15 minute drive from some takeaway places - get in! 10/10 would stay again.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. It is located in a wooded area that is both quiet and beautiful. The facilities were clean and in good condition. There was a small play area for the children but we weren't there much during the day, as we visited nearby Eden Project and Plymouth aquarium. We'll be back again.
