Our stay

My partner and I had a lovely break. The accommodation was superb, clean and perfect for a quick break. The hot tub was great, the griddle provided a great way to cook al fresco breakfast and dinner. The area is great with lots of beaches and other sights within easy reach. Highly recommended.

Birthday trip away

Fantastic couple of nights. We felt very relaxed and it was very private and quiet. We will return. :)

Our stay

Lovely peaceful adult only site, small hot tub and comfy bed. Cooking facilities and tea, coffee and proper milk provided! Food packages are available and although we didn't have one, our friends did and said its was brilliant, we would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous hosts, everything as described. Very quiet and peaceful, fabulous views. Would highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again.

Great place

Lovely pod. Very clean and spacious. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Butterfly pod

Stayed in the butterfly pod for 3 nights, we didn't want to leave. It is in a lovely location close to the A55. A lovely touch for my friends birthday 🎂 Will be back again soon for another stay, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Acorns Pod

We had a lovely time at the pod. Great views and amazing walks.

Relaxing mini break

Myself and my husband stayed 2 nights in the Bumblebee pod. The location was great, hosts were great, the pod was very clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need - the BBQ and hot tub were a bonus! Great views and lovely watching the wildlife, especially the rabbits. A pub serving lovely food was just a short walk away. We walked into Holywell and went to a couple of nice pubs, which took around 30 mins to walk as taxis are few and far between. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again for another child free weekend.

A lovely festive stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Ladybird pod. Good location for a trip to Chester Zoo, and then a dip in the hot tub to warm up! Liz was very helpful showed us everything we needed to know. Lots of lovely little touches and even a Christmas tree to add a bit of festive cheer to the stay! Great location and amazing views for the decking. Very peaceful and quiet. visited the local pub for dinner - food was great quality and generous portions!

Lovely stay

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful. The pod was spotlessly clean and the location was lovely. Liz was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. She decorated the pod and there were chocolates and procecco available (for a small extra charge). There was a pub a 2 minute walk away which was handy and the people that ran it were lovely and the food was very good and wasn't expensive at all. We would definitely go back again. I have been to a few pods and would say this is the best we have stayed at. Thank you Liz -we will definitely be seeing you again.

Fabulous

Fantastic stay. Relaxing and beautiful views, extremely clean with lovely little extras. Very comfortable bed with luxury bedding and towels, and an added extra for a pod - a sofa. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Wish we didn’t have to leave!

I booked this pod for mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary, needless to say, we loved it so much. It was cosy, quiet and had amazing views. Liz was very informative of the local places, and made sure the hot tub was up to standards in the mornings. We had the best weekend and the best anniversary, it was so special! We hated having to leave, but we will definitely be back again!

A lovely pod in a beautiful area! Hosts were very accommodating and the small touches in the pod show the extra mile they go to! Would love to return again.

Perfect couples getaway weekend

Myself and my partner stayed here for a 3 day weekend to getaway from our busy lives and reset. This is an amazing place to stay. Very welcoming, beautiful location and perfect facilities. Our very own private hot tub really set the mark for this being the perfect couples hideaway.

2 night getaway

Our getaway was bought for us by our children for Christmas after we told them we wanted a surprise - and a surprise is we got! We'd never been camping before and were sceptical it... But after staying in the Bumblebee Pod, we've changed our minds. We loved every minute of it, definitely recommend!

Amazing

Beautiful location, very peaceful. The hot tub was lovely and the bed was super comfy! It had everything we needed, the host was very welcoming and the extra celebration pack was well worth the money. Loved every minute.
