About the site
This is a small, quiet site, nestled in the heart of the Aeron Valley, ideal for nature lovers. Observe red kites soaring over the site and even take part in daily feeding sessions. Just 25 minutes from the coast and a 30 minute drive from the old market town of Aberystwyth, there is much to explore nearby. Set in picturesque countryside, guests can enjoy views right from their pitch! Choose from grass or hardstanding pitches suitable for trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes (sorry, no tents). The grass pitches feature a 6 amp electric hook up and the hardstanding pitches are equipped with a 16 amp electric hook up. The site also offers two cosy camping pods, each complete with two single camp beds, a kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Static caravans can be hired and seasonal pitches are available. Enjoy some al fresco dining and bring along your own BBQ, just make sure they are raised above the ground with bricks that can be found by the bins onsite. Four-legged friends are welcome onsite, with a designated dog walking area. Guests can even pick up free biodegradable dog bags from reception!

Site rules and policies
No movement of traffic on site before 07:00 and after 22:00 and strictly no noise after 23:00 hours. The speed limit on site is 5mph.
Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs mess must be collected and placed in the dog loo wormery in the dog walk area. Please use only biodegradable bags. These are free and available from reception. Please do not leave your dog unattended in your vehicle, caravan or tent.
Respect other guests right to peace and quiet.
Do not allow children to play around the toilet block area.
The site has its own sewage disposal system. Only natural waste products to be flushed away.
Caravans and tents must be pitched within the allocated area. If you fail to do so you will be asked to move.
You are welcome to use barbecues but they must be placed on bricks which can be found by the recycle bins.
Anyone who does not adhere to the rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
Things to do on site and in the Aberystwyth area
Whether you're a walker, nature lover, bird watcher or a keen fisherman, there is plenty to explore nearby. Feeding sessions for the local red kite population are held onsite by the owners on request.
The site is set by the Cambrian Mountains, offering many picturesque walks with guided tours from from Tregaron, just a ten minute drive away, or many self-guided routes available at reception.
The beautiful coastlines of Aberystwyth, Aberaeron and the town of Lampeter are all within a 30 minute drive of the site, ideal for relaxing beach days or enjoying activities like kayaking and paddleboarding.
A ten minute drive will take you to Cors Caron Nature Reserve where you can enjoy a scenic boardwalk and riverside paths. If you're lucky, you might even spot a golden eagle!
For steam enthusiasts, there is the Vale of Rheidol narrow gauge railway is a 30 minute drive away, taking you from Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge, climbing 900 feet on the way!
