With direct step access to the beach, The Hollies Leisure Resort offers an idyllic location on the Norfolk Coast, ten minutes from Lowestoft. Guests can choose from grass pitches with the option of electric, each spread over three fields across the spacious 28 acre site. Within 15 minutes of the Broads and Southwold, days are best spent by the sea or enjoying a boat trip. Dogs are also welcome too!

About The Hollies Leisure Resort
This welcoming site is ideal for exploring East Anglia and further afield. Wooden steps also take you directly from site onto the beach, so there is no better location for enjoying days of swimming or sunbathing. A leisurely 15 minute drive will also take you to Southwold, a classic seaside town, and Lowestoft is nearby too. There are a total of three camping fields across the 28 acre site, with each suited to a different type of camper. Tents can pitch up on the 200 non electric grass pitches set on the Seaside Field, located by the cliff top this field is ideal for those wanting easy access to the shore, with up to ten guests per pitch. In the Hay Field, there are 30 electric grass pitches that are suitable for tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes. The Barley Field is for those in trailer tents and tourers with 48 grass pitches, all with electric hook ups. Each of these pitches allows up to eight people. There is also a range of glamping available, including pods, yurts, safari lodges and a converted bus. Self-catering and luxury lodges are also available onsite. A maximum of two dogs are welcome to join you. Raised fire pits and BBQs are also permitted, so be sure the pack the burger buns and marshmallows!
The site is open all year round. Non electric pitches are available between March and October.

Things to do on site and in the Kessingland area
With direct step access to the stunning, sandy Norfolk coast, there is no better location to enjoy a day by the sea. Spend your morning swimming or sunbathing and you can just pop back to your pitch for a lunchtime BBQ.
Lowestoft is also only a ten minute drive away, full of seaside attractions. Visit Claremont Pier, enjoy some traditional fish and chips and make sure to get a photo at Lowestoft Ness Point, the easternmost point of the UK.
For something truly unique, be sure to head to Southwold Pier, 15 minutes away. Home to the famous Under The Pier Show, visitors can have a go on eccentric machines, designed by Tim Hunkin, including 'Whack a Banker' and the 'Zimmer Frame Simulator'.
