CampUs is a small family-run glamping site in Ceiriog Valley in North Wales, offering a cosy glamping cabin. Equipped with everything you need, enjoy a comfortable nights sleep whilst being close to nature. With plenty of sights nearby, such as the Pontcysylte Aqueduct UNESCO World Heritage Site, this site is the perfect little haven away from the hustle and bustle of life.

About CampUs
Set on a family-run farm, take in the views at this peaceful glamping site in North Wales. The cosy Y Caban (the cabin) has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cabin is equipped with two double beds and there is plenty of room for extra guests on the Z-bed camping mattress. Enjoy the open plan living in any season with a log burner inside for the winter and an outside seating area, great for the summer months. There is also a kitchen and two bathrooms, with flushing loos and showers. Explore the valley and the great Welsh outdoors, enjoy a meal around the farmhouse dining table or relax and read a book. Whatever adventures you get up to during the day, finish it at the cosy Y Caban
The cabin is available until Sunday 22nd May, bell tents are available from 27th May until the 12th September.

Site rules and policies
Arrival and Departure
You have access to your accommodation from 4pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must vacate your accommodation by 10.30 am, leaving your accommodation clean and tidy. Please note that the advised check-in time is from 4pm.
Pets
We are a working farm, therefore no pets are allowed at CampUs at any time.
Site Regulations
In order to make the stay at CampUs as pleasant as possible, all guests must keep to rules of behaviour listed here, behaving in a considerate and safe manner to all people and animals onsite.
To respect neighbours we ask that there are no high noise levels after 10 p.m.
Please do not collect any wood from the farm for burning. Fireworks and sky lanterns are not allowed as they pose a risk of fire and are a danger to livestock.
We hope you love the natural environment as much as we do! We ask that you consider the Countryside Code including the following:
Leave gates as you find them, closing a gate if found closed.
Keep to public footpaths when not on the mapped walks across our farm.
Do no walk across crops (this includes long grass) - please follow the paths through the long grass.
Leave no trace on the land.
If the Site Regulations are breached, in serious circumstances, we may ask you to terminate your stay without a refund. Please note that essential maintenance activities may be carried out at the farm or to accommodation during your stay without you being entitled to any compensation.
Liability
CampUs accept no liability for:
i. theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of a stay at CampUs.
ii. any defect or out of action equipment and loss or closure of supplies at CampUs.
Guests are responsible for any losses and/or damage which occurs as a direct or an indirect consequence of their stay, irrespective of whether any losses and/or damages are caused by themselves or by third parties who are at CampUs.
Force Majeure
CampUs cannot be held liable if, through Force Majeure, the implementation of the agreement is entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently, prevented due to circumstances which are beyond the control of CampUs, including threat of war, blockades, fire, floods, staff strikes, and other disruptions or events.
Complaints Procedure
We take great care to ensure you have an enjoyable stay at CampUs however if you have a complaint during your stay please contact Bethan 07813703936 or Steve 07870641518 soon as possible.
Risks
You will be staying at a farm with animals and potentially dangerous farm equipment amongst other hazards. Also please be aware that some of the guest equipment, including the firepits and gas stoves may be dangerous if misused. CampUs is not responsible for accidents (to the greatest extent permitted by law). We recommend you take out travel insurance against the risk of accidents and your stay being terminated early.
Day Visitors
You can have day visitors during your stay. Day visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
General
Your contract partner is CampUs. We are not bound by any printing errors.
Things to do on site and in the Llangollen area
This glamping site in North Wales sits just south of Llangollen and UNESCO World Heritage Site, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal - an incredible piece of 19th-century engineering. Admire the aqueduct from the Dee valley below, take a walk or hop on a boat trip along the Llangollen Canal.
There's plenty to explore if you want to relax onsite with many walking, hiking, biking and running routes on the site's doorstep. Other activities include:
