Top Farm Caravan and Camping Site is set in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, surrounded by woodlands and walks with Marsham heath next to the site. Guests can choose from grass pitches or for something more off-grid, opt for one of the meadow pitches. Glampers will also be spoilt for choice! There are furnished bell tents, camping cabins, shepherd's huts and a shepherd's lodge.

This was a first time camping experience as a couple and we totally enjoyed it. The campsite has a woods nearby with lots of footpaths for us and the dogs to walk on. So that was an unexpected bonus. We was upgraded, FOC, to an electric hook up pitch which did place us closer to the toilets and showers which meant I didn’t have to use my camping toilet. All in all we totally enjoyed it and will go again.

Lovely clean site, nice and quiet but didn't feel out of place with 2 young children. Good routes to north Norfolk beaches.

The most wonderful campsite! Clive is so accommodating and very helpful! The views and walks are insane and we can’t wait to book and come back! We brought our dog for his first camping trip and he had the best time!

This is such a peaceful site. Very good value for money. I have given it 5 stars for facilities - not because there are lots of facilities, but because those that are there are perfectly good and the modest price reflects the fact that there are not many facilities! The charm is all in the natural beautiful landscapes and wonderful location. If you want a nightlife and shop this is not your place but if you want tranquillity and peace and beauty this is perfect! Having said that, the facilities are clean and well maintained.

Had the most amazing weekend away 😊 The hosts were so nice and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay special. Clean showers and toilets. The walks were so lovely. A big thank you and we will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay really peaceful. You can hear owls, foxes and wolves. Okay, so not actual wolves, just an elderly husky but come on, so cute. Definitely booking again. Woods and dog paths to walk for miles 😊

A very welcoming, friendly arrival. All staff were very helpful and had time to speak to you and pass on knowledge of the area. A beautiful site for walking, especially good for dogs, we have two and we all enjoyed the walks. The site facilities were very adequate, well serviced and clean. We will be returning, many thanks.

We used this site as a stop over, therefore only there for one night. Clive gave us ample information in a friendly manner. There was enough room for the camper and awning with electric and water close by. We have a dog who needed walking and this was no problem as the site had plenty of grassy paths that lead to woods. We had the added delight in seeing a barn owl flying low looking for food!

Stayed here over a bank holiday weekend. Clive, the owner, greeted us on arrival and walked us to our plot and told us where everything was and how to use everything. Told us a bit about the area and then left us to it. He was always around the site on his bike if we needed anything but never interfered. Was a really lovely man. Site was exactly what we needed had all the amenities showers toilets washing up facilities. The grass was lovely and level and pitches were well spaced apart so you weren't in top of each other. It rained a lot over the weekend but it never flooded which was fantastic. Close to Cromer and Norwich. Loads of open fields to walk the dog and there's a white owl that comes out in the evening which we watched every night. Nice and quiet site but everyone we met were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
