About Wingbury Farm Glamping
These cosy heated glamping pods make their home between the rolling countryside of Buckinghamshire, and only a mile from the charming village of Wingrave. Luxury at Wingbury comes as standard, with no need to share any facilities and each pod furnished with a modern, bright decor. Each pod sleeps upto four people and comes complete with a seating/dining area which converts into a double bed, and the other two sofas also convert into two single beds. There's also a Smart TV and free WiFi. You'll have your own ensuite bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen space with an electric hob, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery and fan oven. Outside is your BBQ where everyone can sizzle a banger, plus a decked area and steel fire pit where you can take in the view from your own Scandinavian wood fired hot tub. Sorry but dogs are not permitted at this time.
Wingbury Farm Glamping is open all year round in 2024 and 2025.
Facilities are self-contained, with each pod having an ensuite, kitchenette, steel fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. There are also Smart TVs and free WiFi.
The closest pub is The Rose and Crown, a 20 minute walk or five minute drive down Leighton Road. If you fancy staying in and cooking, you can stock up on groceries at the Londis which is a five minute drive, or the larger Sainsbury's and Lidl, a ten minute drive.

This was the second time we've stayed here. We love how peaceful the location is. Pods are very clean and cosy! This stay was even more special as I got engaged! Will surprised us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco to celebrate! He is an amazing host and we are so grateful! We will definitely be returning.

Fern pod was very nice, with an amazing hot tub and a long - stretching view. The TV had multiple channels, including BBC 1 where we watched Strictly! It had multiple apps, like Netflix and iPlayer and you could see it from 2 of the beds! The double bed was very fun to transform and it was very comfy. It had plenty of space for football, but a farm smell. The fire pit was very warming and on the last night, the evening light was awesome! We played games on the table and ate dinner on the bench outside. The hot tub took quite a while to warm up, but it paid off! The pod was a very good stay, and I want to go again! We were warmly introduced by Will, he showed us everything and was very accommodating. Has such a lovely time away with me and my husband, he's not a glamping person but this trip changed his mind, we both said we will defo come back again if we want some peace, quiet, relaxation and quality time. Thank you!

Things to do on site and in the Aylesbury area
From nature reserves to zoos and grand stately homes, this neck of the woods has countless great things to do. Why not start your visit with walks in the superb Chilterns (30 minutes), explore a little further on your bike and then make for the attractions.
For head scratching fun it has to be Leighton Buzzard's escape room (50 minutes), where you'll solve mysteries against the clock. Or, how about turning to the animal kingdom with a trip to Mentmore Falconry (45 minutes). Hawks, falcons, buzzards and owls will be sure to swoop by.
